Clean, nice location, Friendly staff

In the morning when I wanted to checkout, all the staff was outside smoking. Nobody inside and plenty of people were still having breakfast They saw me sitting there but they weren’t bothered to come and check what I want. After 10 min I left the card there and went out with the intention to leave and not pay. When I told the guy he quickly threw away the cigarette and came in Really really poor. Don’t understand why a staff of 6 had to go in the same time for a smoke for over 10 min while people were waiting at reception On the other hand the chap that checked us in was very polite and helpful

Perfect location for Ferry services on the western side of Cherbourg. Quiet area and convenient off road parking. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and nice fresh linen. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had in house Dinner and whilst the menu is simple, the food was excellent being cooked to order. Continental breakfast was equally up to standard with a good selection of breads, cheese, ham, fruit, cereal etc. Very good value, if we pass this way again we will definitely be staying at the Kyriad.

Nice areas to relax and eat in the evening. The Resturant is very good for the money and drinks reasonable price. Friendly staff

The rooms are a bit small and dated. You would want to spend time in the room but just fine for a night or two. Could do with better pillows and cushions out on the balcony

The room was very comfortable if a little small. Staff were all excellent, friendly and attentive, we were able to exercise our dog at the nearby quiet beach within in easy walking distance. Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but this did not impact on our stay at all, would visit again.

Bathrooms a little small and needs some repainting around the door. No other issues for us at all.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Although the bathroom was a little on the small side the shower was great. Located close to the coast and a variety of amenities. Staff extremely helpful and a good choice of food for breakfast.

Noise did travel from other guests.

Friendly welcome. Staff very pleasant. Small problem with room and it was changed immediately. Convenient to travel into town. 1 minute from beach walk.

Rooms slightly small. Ex Kyriad hotel and in the process of refurbishing. Little more to do.

The Room was very clean. We are surprised to be told that our Dinner would be cooked freshed thus, requiring us to order before we entered the dinning room. Breakfast was also very good. & Breakfasteveni

Nothing we did not like

It had what you expect from a hotelroom. The additional watercooker is nice for making some tea. Breakfast and dinner were good. Walkable distance to the beach.

It would be nice if the shower head could be fixed to the wall. The nearby beach was nice, but unfortunately swimming is forbidden.

Location excellent with a frequent local bus service to town center....lovely walks near sea front...fuel garage next door...excellent local creperie...hotel meals really good...recommend this hotel..

Rooms a little dated....

In the evening there was no food but they allowed us to bring in our own food. They even allowed us to use their dining room and all of the necessary cutlery, glasses etc. Could not have been nicer. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful, plenty of everything.
