Hotel Le Florian

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. If you could put a dot in the centre of the city and name a central street in Cannes, it would be the street where this hotel is located. The hotel is family-run and it seems that every member of the family is involved in the day-to-day running of the hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. It includes a whole basket of French pastry and coffee, also juice. Be sure to eat at the hotel rather at the nearest café. Compliments to the lady who cleaned my room (blonde hair), she was very nice. I will definitely come back.

As the rooms are white, there were some scuffs on the walls and scratches on the sides of the bed. The floor could have been cleaner, I did not want to go barefoot. If you want a room facing the main street, I would recommend that elderly people or families with children absolutely ask for a room facing the inner courtyard as there is a lot of noise from the restaurant opposite, it didn't bother me.

great location, 150 m to the public beach and promenade, 10 minutes from the train station, two-bedroom apartment, very well equipped, the windows face the street but the bedroom is quiet, restaurants right next to the apartment, 5 minutes to supermarkets, helpful staff not having no problem with contact in English, which is not a standard in France - thank you, I believe that we will see each other again someday :-) postscript Many guidebooks indicate that there is nothing interesting in Cannes - this is not true. The atmosphere of the place - it's worth staying there for more than 1 day. I visited the other towns of the Côte d'Azur - I have a comparison.

We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was very well equipped and perfect for our group. We had a small balcony which looked down the street to the sea. It is along a lively and busy street in Cannes with restaurants, shops and bars. We'll definitely be back!

The immediate area was short on green spaces for our dog - but we appreciate that we were in central Cannes so what else would we expect! We stayed Saturday and the nightlife went on late, but our apartment was reasonably sound-proofed so it didn't impact too much for us.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre between Promenade de la Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Its staff, whom I met, was very nice and helpful. Thank you !

My room was next the elevator that was very noisy. Also, much noise came from the proximity to the night bars, which made sleeping quite unpleasant. It would be great to have a possibility to make tea/coffee in the room.

The apartment was spacious perfect for a mother, daughter holiday. The building was ancient so nothing is straight. It was well cleaned when we arrived and we felt very comfortable with all the facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean.

Because its an old building, there were little insects on the floor at night. Maybe a fumigation and new silicon at drains would be solving this issue.

I really liked the hotel, the room was very nice, the location is top, in the middle, next to the station, the restaurants and the beach.

As I knew, the help desk was 24hr, I came back at 3:30 am, to take one thing from the room and leave again, the door was closed, I rang the bell, the receptionist came and was very rude, he told me that you cant do this, we close at night. even though I entered, took my stuff, went out, and came back around 5:00 am, also he was ruder. I know he was sleeping but at least he must know that the help desk is 24hr, or let us know when you close the door !!

great location, very close to the beach close to numerous bars,restaurants etc very comfortable bed and overall good value for money

poor soundproofing - every time sometone used the lift i could hear both the noise and the resulting tremours from it even though I was on the first floor, i could hear the bell they have (it rings every time someone comes in/our of the building) and ti was quite annoying

Great location! This hotel is located right in the middle of Cannes city centre, just steps from the the famous Croissette and shopping. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

Just beware there is No parking for hotels guests at the hotel. But most people / guests don't drive here. And there are available parking around in the area.

Very central location, beds are comfy

Loud bars across the road open til 2/3am every night meant we couldn't really sleep. The shower overflowed and water stayed pooled in the bottom and didn't drain properly. Hairdryer didn't work properly it overheated and stopped. The owner bought a new one but only after asking for it twice and on the last day.

I loved everything about this place, the check in process was easy, the staff was polite, no issues checking in with my pup and no extra charge which was an extra perk, and most importantly the LOCATION! Wow, I honestly couldn't believe the value of the hotel with such a superb location, a 3 minute walk from the beach and right in the center of great restaurants, bars, and markets. I'm absolutely staying here again when possible and would recommend to others. Thanks everyone from Le Florian.
