The owner will work very hard to have you happy from coffee making during breakfast to organising the car transfer to Nice or advising on restaurants… Hotel recently refurbished. Studio appartment on the side in another building is really good.
obviously i travelled for work during Mipim and the whole city is SO expensive.

-Location is fantastic: on the pedestrian street, right in the heart of central Cannes, 5 minutes walk from the seaside, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 1 minute walk from the main shopping street + tons of restaurants, bakerys and even grossery stores all in 5 -10 min walking distance. -Very good breakfast (10 euros per person)- highly recommend to eat in the hotel. -Both owner and staff are very friendly and took their time to answer our questions about the area. -Very clean rooms with shiny new bathrooms and nice furniture. -Amazing sound isolation- double glazed windows. -You can't beat the price, the hotels in this area are mostly 2-3 times more expensive.
The rooms are small. But that's the reason for the fantastic price.

The rooms are, like many hotel rooms in Cannes, a little small. So for 2 people definitely book the family room.

Good value for the money, it's not the Ritz, but is private, quiet and clean, so that's what's matter. Location is 10 min walking distance from the Palais. Very helpful staff too.
No fridge. The entrance is next to a loud night pub, but the room was on the opposite side so it was actually very quiet

Unfortunately right next to a large pub that can mean it is noisy until late at night. Nevertheless, renovated triple glass windows will keep the noise at bay fairly efficiently.

A very good stay ！better than I had expected, the hotel is well decorated, very clean, the bed is comfortable, the staffs are warm -hearted. And the most important is that it’s in the exact centre of the city, close to the beach and all the shops.
