We were 2 couples catching up and enjoying a break in the city. The apartment was easy to find, and well appointed with things we might need should we want to eat-in. Quiet building, the 2 sets of double glazing meant street noise was virtually eliminated. Breakfast provided was an added bonus. The winning feature in selecting this apartment for us was it offered 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite, ideal for 2 couples. The easy city-centre access was perfect too; everything an easy walk, plenty to see and do nearby. The towels were beautifully thick and fluffy, apartment clean and well cared for, beds extremely comfortable and climate control, although not required the week we were there, if it were a hot week, would certainly be appreciated.

We quickly agreed the only improvement we could suggest would be to change the sofa in the lounge. It is very firm, and at the end of a day on your feet, not exactly a relaxing place to sit for 3 people plus 1 on the small side chair. As the dining table chairs are hard plastic, they too were not exactly a comfortable alternative to pull up. It all looks good, but functionality and comfort are also important consideration for guests.

Really spacious, 2 en-suites off the 2 large double bedrooms and plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the breakfast that arrived at the door each day. The location could not be better, even though you could sometimes hear the tram. Walking distance to everywhere and so many fantastic shops and restaurants amongst the stunning architecture. Had never been to Bordeaux and will definitely be back. Thank you for the best stay!

this is super great apartment! the best that we've ever rented in France so far. It exceeded our expectations. and it was firs apartment where there was no this feeling that host is trying to save on you: there was good quality soap, breakfast included, bed sheets and towels were white and clean.

everything was perfect. Though wifi didn't work during our stay but it wasn't a biggie.

Location excellent … accommodation very comfortable and spacious … décor contemporary minimalist … exceptionally clean and communication easy. Everything required to hand. Bathrooms are great with fab showers. .. and Florence delightful..very pleased to meet her. Could not think of any improvements..except the can opener! Will stay again.

Amazing property and had a nice bonus of a washing machine! The beds were really comfy but just needed another pillow each as one was not enough but we made due. Florence was very helpful and the food that was provided was really nice. the location is wonderful and so close to everything including a market close by and the tram to get everywhere. Lots of great restaurants arounds. I would stay here again for sure.

Honestly just one more pillow each. That is all I could say would need to be better. Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent location, close to everything and some nice bars/restaurants! Was perfect for a weekend away with friends, beds were comfortable enough and bathrooms really clean. We even got fresh bread and croissants every morning.

Bedrooms could do with one more pillow each per person and a slightly more comfortable couch. But overall, great experience.

We came to Bordeaux to stay for the rugby. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Easy walking to many fantastic destinations and close to the tram. Whilst situated in a main location, the sound proofing was excellent. Breakfast was delivered every morning and coffee tea orange and milk all in the fridge. Thanks so much. We would visit again!

Incredible location; spacious and well-equipped apartment; excellent setup for large groups or families that want two apartments next to each other; good communication from the host;

Elevator was broken during our stay, but that was just bad luck, as it was fixed when we were leaving. Really not much to complain about!

The location can’t be beat! Literally right in the middle of the Centre! My friends and I were so surprised as to how central the location is. We’re able to walk everywhere from shopping to sightseeing. The apartment was extremely big, clean and comfortable. Florence (the host) is really nice and accommodating, we arrived earlier than expected and she responded to my messages quickly and met us for check in. We loved it so much, probably one of the best stays I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again in the future.

The electrical trains are right outside so you can hear them “ding” when they pass by but not horribly loud. I use earplugs when I sleep so it wasn’t a bother but my friends didn’t so they heard it.

This apartment is right in the heart of Bordeaux! It is large, very modern and well appointed. It is within walking distance from everything you might want, yet very quiet. Florence the lady that gave us the key was very pleasant to work with, and very approachable.She left for us the breakfast items needed for our two days stay. I will definitely return to this apartment and I would recommend it to all my friends!
