Great location walking distance of many attractions and by the metro and bus stops. Located by many cafes and shops. I didn't have to go too far to eat or drinks. Very friendly staff in the hotel. The room was comfortable enough. Overall I would stay here again as it's central and lovely staff.

Breakfast options very limited. Only provide soya milk no other non dairy free milk options. The plugs should be more accessible. Housekeeping didn't replace dirty cup or leave toilet paper.

So central - just off the main shopping street. Everything Bordeaux has to offer within walking distance. Tram and bus to railway station and airport nearby. Staff were super friendly and gave great tips on places to go and restaurants. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

A reasonable on-site breakfast option. Coffee and croissant ridiculously expensive in the immediate area.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants & bars in a nice area. The staff were amazing . When my husband left a bag in a taxi, they helped us track it down. Stephanie made multiple phone calls & organised taxis for us so that we could retrieve the bag which contained medications & a passport. Nothing was too much trouble & no extra charges.

hair dryer above toilet - no way to use and see into mirror terrible odour of drains and damp on arrival. Reduced as week went on thankfully only small cups no mugs in room

The location was very good for accessing sights around the city, the staff was very kind and helpful, the kettle in the room was great to have.

The cafe below the hotel on street level got louder as the night came and they allowed drum players to begging to play for customers at 10:30-10;45 at night. The drum players were just street musicians-not hired entertainment. They were loud and not very skilled at that bongos bu certainly got in nightly practice. When I called the front desk, the phone rang and rang and no one picked up. Then I get a call back from a breathless front desk clerk saying he saw that I called. The drum playing had stopped shortly before he called me back. This makes me wonder if he is moonlighting as a bongo player for the adjacent cafe. Needless to say, this disrupted sleep every night until the bongo player was done.

Great location. Good sound proofing, comfy bed, felt very safe. Fairly basic hotel and small room but met all of our needs and was reasonably priced. Reception staff were lovely and allowed us to speak French to them instead of instantly speaking English, much appreciated!

Breakfast had great variety of food. Location central to everything. Felt safe coming and going at night. View of historic buildings and nightlife was nice. Loved that the windows open to let in fresh air, but needed them closed at night due to noise.

The hallways were stuffy and needed better air circulation.

Very nice location in the center of the city with easy access to the Airport bus. Very nice personell, clean rooms. Staff speaks a variety of languages and helps with information about tourist attractions

Surely, since it is located at the main street you have a lot of tourists there partying and thus it is a bit loud with open window. Bathroom a bit old and worn but clean.

Not exactly disliked anything but I had to request a new beside light globe & new batteries for TV remote. Staff should be instructed to test for these type of things whilst preparing a room. Sheets could be a lot larger so bottom sheet can be tucked in & not wrinkle

Location was amazing and they had a TV that was able to connect to the mobile phone and watch some content from streaming services.

It wasn’t very clean and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
