Easy walk into town, large and free parking lot, croissants that were baked on-site for two of the 3 mornings of our stay - the smell was wonderful when we came down from our room, and they were delicious! Good coffee. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Good budget accommodations. Would stay again.

The elevator was broken when we first arrived, and they assigned us a room on the top floor. We are in reasonably good shape, but I am 65 & my husband is 75 years old! Fortunately, we travel fairly light, and a couple of the ladies on staff offered to carry our bags to our room. Beds and pillows were a little hard. Bathroom is of course small, but we've previously traveled on a boat and in an RV, so that wasn't really a big deal to us.

Within easy walking distance of the train station, bus stop to Omaha beach, and the main sites: tapestry and battle of Normandy museums, and the old town center. AC unit worked well enough. Breakfast was very basic, but the price was correspondingly modest. Calm isolated area. It has its own parking lot for those with a car.

The interior was simple, and rooms were a bit on the small side, but this was not a real problem as we spent most of our time visiting different sites. We could not find clear options to sort our recyclable waste. (This is important to us as we try and minimize our travel impact.) We brought our glass bottles to the neighboring hotel's sorting bin in the parking lot.

We were a 3 adult family and the room we had was a typical bunk bed over a double bed, which is normal design for this chain, all the beds were comfortable. The toilet/shower facility was small (self contained booth) but perfectly adequate. The room was clean, but as in this class of hotel there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room. However there is a coffee/tea vending machine in the reception area. The great thing about this hotel is its location to the centre of Bayeux being an easy 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Bayeux, but also the attractive cost and the friendly and helpful staff. It really is good value for money. The breakfast is a typical continental affair, unlimited bread, cereals, pastries, coffee, tea and fruit juices but most definitely worth the cost. I would use this hotel again without reservation

For the price, I found the room comfortable and clean, and the shower room/toilet reasonably 'agreeable'. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was minimal, but plentiful. The location for the centre of town was within easy walking distance which was great seeing as that I did not need a car to drive there. It is one of he best 'economic' hotels I have stayed at.

I always say this BUT it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I always carry a portable kettle, tea bags and milk with me 'just in case' (very sad, I know). The door to the shower/toilet was a bit too close to the bed but I do not know how that could be changed with the layout of the room - it would need a bigger room but that, of course, adds more to the cost of a stay.

As a budget hotel the location, cleanliness, and staff were all good. The people were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great, always fresh, and plenty of it.

Having extensively used Premier Inn in the UK, we were disappointed to find that there were no hot drink making facilities in the rooms. Also, whilst the bathroom facilities were clean and tidy, they really could not be described as accessible to a disabled person such as my wife who has limited mobility. The bathroom floor could become slippery after showering, and there were no grab rails to help support yourself such as you find in UK bathrooms.

The room is quite tiny but has all the essentials...for one person. The staff is nice and very very kind. The breakfast is good even inf only european choice were available (bread, croissants, jam, etc). The presence of A/C is great and very rare in this areas. Amazing position for both visiting the city by feet and the D-Day beaches.

the room was a little cold during night. The window was very little and there was not very much light. One day the room was not cleaned despite i left the signage on my room saying i left and it was available for cleaning.

- Short distances to the Tapestry and Battle for Normandy museums. And to the Commonwealth War Graves site. - Also close to the Cathedral and restaurants near it. - Quiet room, comfy bed, hot shower. - Locked bicycle parking shed for those of us travelling that way - bilingual staff who were able to accommodate my average French

- the optional breakfast was good value. And there was plenty of sweet choices available. But I would have preferred at least one salty option to go with my baguette pieces eg peanut butter, cheese

The hotel was good value for the money we paid. Room was small but clean and comfortable, shower and toilet area was really small but it was ok. hotel was in a great area, near restaurants and bars, and pretty central to do all the D-day beaches. Breakfast was nice, coffee cereal, croissants, yogurt, just enough to start the day. staff were nice and friendly, a basic hotel but would stay again.

probably could have helped if a kettle was in the room to make a coffee.

The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was fine, as was the parking and were the beds. The bathroom/shower is tiny, I don't mind tiny but my wife didn't like that. The hotel is very basic but you get good value for your money.

The Wifi didn't work ("Connected without internet."), the lady at the desk said there had been a problem with the internet all day. We were towards the end of our stay in France, and still had plenty of gigabytes on our SIM cards, but a working Wifi is essential for a hotel stay these days.

Simple overnight accommodation. Perfect base to explore Bayeux, a few minutes walk from the largest Commonwealth cemetery in Normandy and an excellent museum about the invasion and Normandy campaign, a short walk to the town centre, cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry museum and some good restaurants. Also great location for visiting Arromanches, the five beaches, Caen, the German gun batteries and much more by car. Good continental breakfast served til 10am. Comfortable beds, adequate shower, no bath. Self service check in machine available for late arrivals. Free parking, and they let you stay til 5pm after check out if you're exploring the town that day. And cheap. We paid £120 for two nights for a family of four in August, including breakfast.
