Hôtel Du Centre Annemasse

Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Asked for and was given a room at the back which while it overlooked the car park (good free secure parking) so is not picturesque was very quiet - a real bonus for a central location. Hotel is minutes away from shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and went the extra mile. Decent breakfast

Hotel just a little dated, but nonetheless excellent value for money

Property was very central and easy to find. The staff were very kind and helpful, i.e., the staff at reception (Alex, Celine, and Ahmed), Rina (breakfast) and the housekeeping staff. Thank you for making my holiday memorable and very satisfying.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Sure hotel . The staff at this property are all great! Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Please "Sure Hotel" give your staff awards especially Ahmad he was so helpful ,friendly and cooperative, he is really such an amazing and professional employee, in addition to the hotel manger he guided us to many amazing locations and he was so kind. I will rate the staff as a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i hope to meet such staff in each and every hotel.

I am a picky when it comes to hotel staying but to be honest i have nothing to mention in that hotel 😃

the staff , there’re really helpful and kind. the breakfast ladies are really sweet and always smiling. breakfast was good . Beds are comfortable and enough pillows are given. 1double bed and two single beds for a family of 4. free parking was available.

the kettle was dirty and was not cleaned before our arrival. couldn’t heat some water because of that.

The room was fit for purpose. Car parking was secure and there was plenty of places to eat.

The noise, not the hotel's fault as budding rally drivers and bikers who like to hear the noise from their engines. A good advert for electric cars and bikes.

Friendly staff, good breakfasts, good location , very clean, free car parking.

Loud speaking in adjoining rooms very late at night. No consideration for people trying to sleep.

Excellent location, not only is it close to Geneva but it’s also right in town so there are many food and delivery options. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly!
