Xperience St. George Sharm El Sheikh

The accommodation fully met all expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The dining experience impressed us with its variety, quality, and taste. Throughout the entire stay, I did not taste the same meal twice. The staff was friendly and willing to fulfill all our requests. Two beaches, one with fine sand and the other with coral reefs, offered diverse relaxation options. The bus transportation from the hotel to the beaches was convenient. The spa pleased us with high-quality relaxation services. The evening bus trip to the city markets was a great addition. Overall, our stay was excellent, full of comfort, and unforgettable experiences. Many thanks for this wonderful vacation!

The staff was nice especially Mina in the restaurant and the restaurant manager, and Mark in the reception Also the food is nice and the night shows were very charming Room service is very professional

Flies and mosquitoes are everywhere, the stuff are trying to control that but unfortunately it's out of control so you will not be able to sit in any open area especially at night because of flies and mosquitoes. The smell of the pillows and blanket is not nice at all however the room service is changing it everyday but they should use nice-smelly laundry Jel or something like that because the blankets smell like university campus.

Nice place with a spacious room for a family with a small child. Fast free wi-fi not only in the lobby, but in the room too. Friendly, smiling staff are always happy to help - clean the room, bring water and fruits. The reception staff were also happy to help, check-in was quick and we received our bracelets straight away. The cuisine in the restaurant was varied, there was always meat, fish, chicken, and shawarma options. The desserts were also interesting. The pools were clean and had different areas, including one for kids. The area is green, with flowers, a children's playground and slides. Both beaches (sandy and coral) are clean, with plenty of sun loungers available. Although not on the first line, but the bus dropped off and brought back on schedule. The animation team was very artistic.

We ordered room with king size bed, but had 2 singles needed to put together. Not a big problem, but could be as it booked. It could be more attention for little kids in mini disko.

It was first time at the hotel. I was lucky the be checked in by Mr. Michael wis his warm welcome. Special thanks from Mohamed the HK was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean. Pool and beach were great. Managers and staff at the main restaurant are very polite and helpful. They do a great job as well as the unknown team of the kitchen. Keep it up guys.

Room telephone wasn't working all my stay, however I reported it. Wifi in the room doesn't work. From time to time there was a bad smell coming from the shower sink.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, particularly those working on the pool bars that would work in the restaurant either side of their pool shifts. There was a great variety of foods day-to-day. The room was spacious, comfortable and cool! The shuttle bus system to the beaches and market was very easy to use. The whole site is kept very clean and tidy for guests.

I didn’t realise when I booked that the property wasn’t beside the beach, as I saw the beach pictures and assumed it was beach-side. However, that is my mistake!

- Nice pools area (4 pools in total) - Almost all of the rooms overlook the pool - Smooth check-in & check-out - Very friendly & helpful stuff - 2 beaches (the coral beach is fantastic for snorkling)

- Poor activities at night for an hotel in this price range. Cheaper hotels in the area offer much better concerts & shows at night - Very bad smell in the morning (from grass watering) & in the stage area in the night. This almost ruined the experiennce for us. - Poor animation team (except for Sarah and the blond hair team member who were the only ones trying); they are lazy, absent almost all the time, and aren't friedly. They seemed not to like or care about their job.

Good pools, big & clean rooms, clean facilities, choice of food & drinks was good, restaurant staff were great.

- Hotel cancelled our booking for a “payment issue” despite the card on file working for all other bookings & having pay at hotel selected on booking. Had to rebook at a higher rate (US$200) for stay. Hotel said it had nothing to do with them. - No options for pick up - attempted to contact hotel via email & phone call and no one got back to us. - Hotel is not on beach but a 10 minute shuttle (hotel provides shuttle free of charge though). - Pools open at 9am and close at 6pm - sun doesn’t go down until at least 8pm - seems very early to be kicking people out of pool. - Asked for double beds in rooms as married couples on booking. Arrived at hotel and they were singles - hotel said they would change beds and bring together for us but never did.

Need to have more more dates for night trips for Old mMarket and Neama Bay. Payment policy needs to be revised and changed, I face many issues while my reservation on booking which is canceled by the property for a reason invalid credit card, which isn't real. Also as Egyptian, my payment is in EGP, why the cost is discharged in USD which will be resulted in additional 10% costs for Payment by a foreign currency. I believe this policy needs to be revised.

Everything was spot on … Staff was friendly and helpful…. Rooms were spacious, clean and well facilitated …. Variety of food… bathrooms had basic toiletries, clean towels and warm water… House keeping team was active and cleaned room daily…. Pools were clean with enough sun-beds….It was a nice hotel with great value of money ….

Food has huge variety but taste can be improved…. Sometime there’s a sewerage smell at night which disturbs a bit…

staff and animation was really nice . food amazing , delicious and lot of varieties . room very big and clean. sandy beach amazing very good to swim and enjoy to set there , kids love the beach . all the hotel is clean . good small kids club . location is very good very close to the old market and it have super market and many shops inside the hotel and many shops outside near the hotel .

mosquitoes 😔 it is really effects your enjoy for anything at the night, reception and theater full of mosquitoes. the front pool only is clean and working well , the other one is dirty and jacuzzi didn’t work.
