Dreams Vacation Resort - Sharm El Sheikh

First of all I'd like to thank the hotel for my nice stay there! Maybe it wasn't completely perfect, but, in general, I enjoyed my time and I'm grateful to all the hotel workers who made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Here's what I liked the most: - a simple, but quite nice and cozy room; - a neaty territory with plenty of tobacco flowers which smelled delightfully at the evening; - blossoming trees of fantasy forms; - lovely birds sometimes comming to graze on the hotel lawns; - simple but nutritious breakfast at the clean and quite spacious restaurant area. But my deepest appreciation's for an absence of screaming music by the pool and on the beach. This point is extremely important for me (and for other citizens of big cities, especially for hard working ones, I presume). Thank you very much for the possibility to listen to sounds of the sea and wind! The language barrier and culture differences sometimes led to some misunderstandings, but by mutual efforts all misundertandigs were resolved positevly, and none of them were really awful. Ah, I wish I knew more about the East, about Egypt itself, and understood the language better. Though I prefer staying in private appartments rather than hotels while travelling, I consider this hotel as an alternative. On one hand, this option provides less solitude and privacy (that's a disadvantage for me), but, on another hand, there is no need to spend your time for breakfast cooking (quite an advantage, in my opinion).

There being a road reconstraction right beside the hotel during my stay. It didn't make me happy due to noise and dust sometimes, but it didn't disturb a lot to be honest, although I'm quite sensitive person to such things. I slept very well in my room with the balcony doors shut, and spent the most of the days on the beach - that's why. Btw, such road reconstractions are all over the whole Sharm now. Seems, it's some giant project or something. My last night I were severely bitten by mosqitous, although I used anti-mosqitos device that night as well as during other nights. Why so? I don't know. Maybe they got stroger because of the seasons changing. So, to bring a couple of the devices will be a good decision, I suppose, or to buy the local ones.

nice hotel, 4 stars so fresh water in the room and cleaning every day. The beach the same as the dream beach hotel, the territory is combined. The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant buffet is nice, same as the dream beach hotel next to it. area is with a coral reef so nice for snorkeling.

The room floor was not that clean. The toilet was not splashing water one day, but was fixed the same day. the door key was opening only from the 10th attempt, they tried to fix it but could not. you need to walk 10 min to the next hotel territory to get to the beach. twice within 5 days there was no power for 30 min in the morning (that means no lights/water/wifi). and they just forget things - shampoo was brought only on day 3, before that I got only conditioner and shower gel), small boxed juices that they usually offer for free were brought on day 2. the water is nice but when windy - lots of garbage (bags/cups) in the water. overall, for a short stay - to many problems, I would say.

Staff were exceptional. Service is excellent. Food was fantastic and the restaurant manager is one of a kind. My wife is celiac and there wasn't enough that he could do to make sure she was okay for every meal. An outstanding gentleman in every regard.

First room we were assigned was absolutely foul with cigarette smoke but they moved us after the first night and all was okay. As we were diving alot we didn't pay for the drinks package. Which ment using cash at the bars. Nowhere seemed to have change. Even reception would put their hands up and say sorry. A bit of a pain at times but easy to get around by starting a tab if the bar staff would let you. Which they almost always did.

The room is very clean. Staffs are nice. SUPER spectacular sea view in Dream Beach resort that other resorts don't have!!! Nice Italian restaurant! Terrific coral Reefs!!! Reasonable price during non-peak season. Spacious room!

I originally booked this hotel for 2 nights but stayed on and on and on ... I had a very big room overlooking a more than decent sized pool (loved swimming there although water was a little chilly). The beach area is simply spectacular. Food was excellent, I find, with a lot of variety. Honestly couldn't name anything worth complaining. Wifi everywhere, even at the beach! Excellent reception team, my special thanks go to Mohamed Mounir, Ahmed Seyam, and Mina Vagdy. This hotel deserves a higher rating!

The curtains in my room were not super efficient (but that's due to the size of the windows).

Liked · We booked Dreams Vacation Resort as our honeymoon destination and were more than happy with our experience at this hotel. Firstly the staff on the reception were fantastic, friendly, welcoming and helpful which resulted in us having the best time. Mr Ahmed Elsherbiny on reception is an asset to the staff and made our stay all the more enjoyable with his friendly mannerism, kindness and great communication. We would also like to mention the other staff members within the reception department who deserve recognition Mohammed Hassan and Esslam who also helped us with any queries we had and spent time to have conversations with us. Mr Tarek the deputy manager was exceptionally kind and friendly. We would also like to give a mention to Mohammed Shehata working in the restaurant along with the Sous Chef Mr Kameez who were always welcoming and smiling when we went in for our meals. The most smiley and happy housekeeping staff member Abanob dawd who always took time to ensure our room was spotloss and finally Moustafa Mahfouz Executive Chef, Ayman (Restaurant manager) who were always happy to discuss meals and make your experience an enjoyable one. We would definitely love to return to his hotel after the experience we had on this visit.

Upon arrival we were immediately upgraded to VIP guests, whatever request we had they came immediately for help. I found some spots on my bedding and housekeeping (Faris) immediately came to change it and cleaned the room one more time which was very kind. The bed was a bit squeaky so it wasn’t the most comfortable one but besides that there were no issues. The restaurant staff was very happy to see us returned to the property.

TV doesn’t work in any of the rooms we’ve been in

The beach was very different, the water was very clean and it was very pleasant to observe the snorkelling fish. The food variety and presentation was very nice and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At lunch and dinner, red meat, fish and chicken are served, sometimes two kinds of red meat are offered, and there was no question of finishing any type of meal. In addition to the fruit and cake presentation, both cold and hot drinks were constantly on offer.

There was a problem in the supply of water and hygienic materials same as soap, shampoo to the rooms.

The staff; they were helpful, pleasant and super professional. Mr. Ayman from the F&B was exceptional , he helped me and my kids. he provided an amazing service. Mr. Shebl from the Housekeeping made sure that our room is always clean and pleasant. Mr. Magdi the Dupty Manager solved every problem we encountered with professionalism yet friendly. Islam from the reception who was so professional and ease the check in and the check out process. The amazing security team who helped me till the last minute. They even made sure to take the name and the driver of the taxi which took me to the bus station.
