I traveled for a business off-season. Check-in was super easy. The room included a stand for luggage. Hot and cold waters ran strong. The staff felt sincerely friendly and helpful. Wifi was useful for business purposes. Uber or taxi was available usually within 6-10 min of wait. The bed was comfortable, and no noises were coming into the room. Breakfast fruits.

I missed slippers - as I don't take them with me, I rely on in-hotel slippers to move around in the room. The variety of breakfast was OK, only all pastries were still wrapped in plastic over the plate - I'd appreciate lower variety, but better access.

I liked the staff and service, they are very helpful and responsive.

I didn't like the carpet at the room, it was dirty, old, and and suitable for a high traffic commercial facility as a hotel. The bathroom needs more attention to cleaning details, as the shower and floor.

The room was big and spacious Satalite channels Pool , facilities, food and staff are good.

Need a bit renovation and maintenance

Lack of restaurant or bar was a negative for us in the evening, but as we were there for a wedding and only for 1 night we managed. We here headed out early so did not get to see much of breakfast, but did not see much we would chose to eat. Coffee was a DIY effort of instant sachets, and an Urn of hot water

Customer service was excellent, everyone was very nice, they took care of all our needs, Nada was amazing she was Guest Relations, she made sure everyone took care of us. Room cleaner Mohammad and another female cleaner were very good, cleaned our rooms very well, made sure we had everything. The swimming pool was nice, the food was good.

The Hotel needs some work, many places need renovation completed, the play area was unfinished. The place was expensive for food, perhaps a little cheaper would have been nice as the nearest place next would require a taxi service.

The staff were respectful and polite, especially the cleaners. whatever I asked or requested, the obliged and were keen to serve. I loved that most about the this hotel.

Honestly, the location. This hotel is rely far from everything. Another thing I didn’t like, is how you must ask for things many times. I don’t know if it’s due to language issues, but sometimes you need to ask for something more then twice. One time my room wasn’t cleaned, and when I informed them, it felt like it just fell on deaf ears. Even when I called again, it was when I spoke to the manager that something was done. that wasn’t a pleasant experience

Staff and cooperation

The interior furniture and wall paint is not of high quality, the carpets are mostly not clean and damaged, the sofa was burnt with cigarettes, the bathroom is not good, and the room furniture and decorations are generally not maintained and do not live up to five stars.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in one of the suites for two days while visiting for work. Amazing stay. Everything you could need and much more. Very clean, well equipped and great attention to detail. The staff is wonderful, helpful and warm. The hotel has a large number of restaurants to choose from and an extensive room service menu. Lovely pool and gym area. It is located in the A5 New Cairo area with easy access out of the lovely restaurants behind the hotel. I cannot praise the staff, both visible and invisible, for all they do to provide a great experience. Special thanks and respect to Miss Lena in her classy style.
