Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis

Location is great, staff and management were doing a great job answering any of our concerns or questions. Greeting you nicely every time you enter the hotel.

Added bed to our room was not comfortable at all. Smoking in the main floor with signs showing No Smoking is not enforced. Operators of shops leding the the elevator are smoking.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The concierge was probably the reason for success on our business trip with our taxi driver as arranged by them the coolest guy in Egypt. Rooms are big enough and very clean.

The breakfast was disappointing. No glasses for juice and paper cups for coffee gives a cheap feel and does match the quality of the rest of the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel which was great, but the breakfast was not up to scratch. Wi-fi is unstable. Works for email downloading (albeit a bit slow), but not really much more. Could satisfy our business needs, so no real issue here.

The hotel is is very clean and very comfortable to be in. The wait staff and the lady who took care of my room were amazing.

It’s very loud at night over the weekend. They have entertainment at night that you can clearly hear from your room at night. I couldn’t get over just how loud they actually were considering I was stayed ng on the 6th floor. . Also, the hotel “inadvertently” charged my card an extra $2,675.00 USD. They claimed it was a booking.com glitch. I was like, ok as long as you correct it. I expected to see the money back within 24-48 hours as I am on vacation in this country for 15 days. When that didn’t happen I spoke with the manager several times and the response was it will take 14 business days before I receive this refund. I’ll be back in the states before I actually receive my money.

Didn't try the food here, so I can't judge it The service was great. The staff are friendly and with a positive attitude. We got a good deal from booking for 2 nights. We got an upgrade to a junior suite because of a small mistake they made first at check-in and because it was a special event for us. They have a heated pool, so its an advantage

I wouldn't say it's a 5 star hotel. I'll give it a 4 star. I believe they need to renovate some of the rooms. We didn't get a renovated room, but we saw one that was, and it was super clean.

The hotel is big with great location near the airport As soon as i arrived, i was checked in immediately and the staff made sure the process went smoothly. The room is very roomy, mine was in the 7th floor& the elevator is great and very fast . Always available. House keeping are amazing and make sure your reem gets cleaned. The pool os very small and was crowded, didnt like it, but the staff there are friendly. The billmam, mohsen is very nice and the whole team do their best to insure great stay. The bar is nice, and there is a nice restaurant right in the same buidling. The reception is huge. Breakfast variety was not nice, and the staff in the restaurant were not bery friendly, the place wasnt very tidy. However, Mahmoud made my experience better

Stop searching just book!!!!!! From the first day of check in Abdul was so nice I had early check in. Buffet Breakfast was awesome had lots of variety. I took dinner once but a serving dish with a burner that can keep food hot would have been ideal. Mariam was awesome provided me with some directions. Myrna was also great with checking out. Housekeeping on point. Location was great easy movement with Uber and close to the airport. The entire team was very helpful and very good hospitality. Also has a swimming pool for relaxation. I will recommend this hotel again and again just book.

Breakfast was OK. Lots of choice for most things which was nice. Lovely fresh juice. Welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. Especially the manager who went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & satisfaction. Nice spot for tasty food, drinks and music next door at Cask which was super convenient for us as we checked in late and only stayed the night.

Coffee from a machine instead of a Barista with no decaf options. Someone came to take payment for our breakfast while I was walking back to my table with my hands still full, instead of a more appropriate time. Wasn't keen on the beef bacon. Would have preferred turkey.

Close to airport, lots of places close walk away to eat at.

Hotel rooms were clean but things are old n falling apart. Bath tubs are too old n showers bit slow

Staff was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel stay. Very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to mate my time there excellent. Staff member at check in Hossain, hope I am spelling his name correctly deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make my stay extra special. He deserves special mention also for his kindness and consideration and the hotel should be very pleased with his exceptional client care approach. I told him that it was my daughters birthday and he made extra special effort to make sure she celebrated her birthday. Also staff tending to baggage handling were very helpful and supportive. Also staff assisting me with luggage and travel when I left were very kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel. Their customer service and care is amazing.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed. At my first breakfast in the hotel, I requested gluten-free products, they were gently interested in my request, and during my stay every breakfast the chef of the hotel gave me special foods that were prepared as gluten-free. That was so kind, I really appreciate it. The Hotel location is near the Cairo Airport, if you need a hotel near the Airport, must be thinking of a first choice. It is one of the first places to be preferred in Egypt in terms of price and performance.

Not that too much, I can only say that it would be great if the bathroom of the room was renovated and beautifully redesigned.
