Hotel Energie

The hotel was on the side of the Prague where we were looking for accommodation. It has a good tram connection with the city centre. It has a free parking and breakfast was also included. So definitely a good price-quality ratio! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The building is a bit old, you could notice it needs a bit of renovation. But it's not a bad thing as well. We liked the atmosphere and the the overall look. The only thing we found displeasing was the water drainage in the shower. It war really slow. But we notified the front desk the very first day, so they could check if there is a problem, or just a normal thing.

I like the size of the hotel, had a taste to stay in the big one. Also room was separated for two bedrooms and there was a small hall with seating and mini kitchen corner. Beds were really comfortable, each bedroom had own TV. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but not a big deal. All worked well. Secured parking was bonus, was free of charge. We really enjoyed breakfast, plenty of variations and nice staff available. We were happy to get the room two hours before the check in time as we have arrived early. Thank you for that.

Well, AC is really missing. Top floor rooms are incredibly hot and I cant really imagine to stay there during the top summer. Restaurant is available for only for lunch, then its closed, so you have to walk away to get some food. Its a shame with such a huge hotel capacity. Rooms would appreciate a bit of personal touch with styling things, toileteries were just thrown there, towels something similar. Small things are visible and increase the feeling of the room. But its just an advice as I work in the hotels:-) Hotel is a bit "used" but understand that its not easy to maintain all immediately.

this hotel is great! the rooms are comfortable, warm, full of light and very clean, good size and have all necessary furniture and other items, including fridges and safes! the breakfast buffet has a lot of tasty options, and is provided free of charge because the cost is included in the room price. There is parking facility and transport connection with the city center is excellent, day and night. All of the above for a very reasonable price, and given that Prague is an expensive city. Finally, staff helped me get tickets for the tram, printed my boarding pass and also let me stay in the lobby after I vacated my room but had still work to finish on my computer and urgent online meetings. I would definitely return anytime.

Everything on terms of hotel facilities, location, rooms, price :) Staff that opening the door (security guy) when we check-in was so patiently explaining everything to us. Thank you.

Restaurant staff are very rude, zero customer service 👎 upset looking cleaning the table like they feel annoyed that we showed up. commenting on everything like how to put spoon, dont put like that, take from there, from there not here! Literally everything, who wants to hear such a comment first thing in the morning 🙄 ruined my day, i was completely lost my appetite The security guy had better customer svc.

Very good value for money ratio. They have a parking lot so it's ideal if you go by car - otherwise it's quite far from the city centre. The room was clean, the lady at the desk was really kind and we were surprised by the quality of food for breakfast - cheese tasted like actual cheese, fresh vegetables etc. You will not get disappointed

To get to the building you have to ascend some very old, steep stairs. In the room there was a safe - which is cool, but it didn't work (luckily we didn't need it)

hotel on general was in fair condition. we appreciated the secure parking.

as we booked kind of family suit, we expected a bit bigger bathroom ( space around sink) also room didn’t have any bigger mirror apart from one in the bathroom. was difficult to top up the kettle ( only acces to the water was bathroom), a bit damaged toilet seat and really strong smell of cleaning products. for one - two nights is bearable but would think again in the future…

Everything was ok besides the ancient steel windows in the room and the hotel in general, old and ancient, seriously taken some time and money and invest in decent windows, at least windows with a wooden frame that closes firmly

The location is close to major throughways and to public transportation. The parking is sufficient, the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.

The windows could be soundproofed better. There are airplanes flying over on their approach or takeoff because the hotel is close to the Prague airport.

The accomodation was actually better then expected. Clean rooms, towels exchanged every day (!), nice breakfast, quite place. 5 minutes walkaway there is a tram stop from where you can be in Prague city center within 20 minutes. If you look for some quite place to stay, it´s your place. But if you look to some nightlife and bars in close distance, you need to look for something else.

Good location of the hotel. The tram station is about 7 min. by walking. The hotel had free private parking. And the receptionist let us to leave our car few more hours in the parking after the check-out.

There was dust in the room and quite hot because there was no air conditioner
