NH Prague City

Amazing location close to (or in central) of Prague. Easily accessible by car. There are two hotels, which are linked by a funicular. The restaurant on the top is really amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, it can get a bit crowded though when some organised tour turns up. Room design is nice and pure, a bit more basic than I would expect from a 4 star hotel but we could not complain, beds were nice and spacious and good tea selection was offered by staff in the morning. We even got a nice little balcony facing the park on the other side of the hotel. Supermarkets, shopping mall, local market, plenty of restaurants, pubs, beer gardens, tube (metro), trams are in 5 minutes walk. There was plenty of parking places when we arrived. Parking lot is also closed for the night for additional safety (you can use it over night but you need to talk to reception)

Nothing (serious) really. Be prepared that the exit from the car park is a bit tight. The menu of the restaurant was somewhat limited (perfect for a 1 or 2 nights stay), but as we stayed longer we decided to try restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff, liked the small venicular to the other part of hotel containing spa, other rooms and rooftop bar. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but did have a snack in the bar, which was very good and reasonably priced. Shout out to the excellent idea of a free drink if you don't have your towels changed in the idea of saving the planet. The hotel is about 30 minutes' walk to the river and start of the 'attractions'. The hotel is very near a large shopping centre inc Tescos (if you feel the need).

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. However, I was a little disappointed with the size of the free safe within the room as we couldn't fit our tablets (computers) in it. Sized for jewellery, wallets & some paper work. This left us slightly anxious about leaving the computers in our cases - there was no issue though.

Excellent location of the hotel, walking distance from a large mall with a giant food court & convenient public transport to the heart of the city. Large rooms, comfy beds, fantastic breakfast & views from the hallways. Great little extra attraction in the form of the cable car going to NH Collection hotel with incredible views of the Prague from the Sky Lounge patio.

Terrible Wi-Fi, I couldn't stay connected for more than 30 seconds in the room, connection was better in the lobby & the restaurant. Also, there was a quite large black moldy spot on the ceiling of my bathroom. Didn't bother me too much but it's there and should've been cleaned. Room 1663. Also: VERY tight parking garage. Don't even try to park with a larger / longer car. American SUVs & pick-ups - forget about it!

It is a nice, well managed hotel serving also for large groups of tourists. Breakfast was nice, staff was helpful and friendly. I had to iron my shirts, and iron did not work in iron room: so I was provided with a "personal" iron and iron desk. the Hotel has a nice "sky-lounge" where you can get with the funicular: nothing extraordinary - but worth to visit in nice weather. The hotel is somewhat 2-3 km from the old town - but one can use uber/other taxi - which is quite affordable in Prague and worked quite good for me.

Would be nice to have bottle of water as well as toiletries in the bathroom. And, yes, iron and iron desk too - but this was solved by hotel staff.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to metro and everything. The best experience it is cable lift between hotels. Rooms are excellent, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Petr on the desk, professional, appreciate. Facilities are grate, Sauna, pool, hot tub… Excellent breakfast, with manny warriors of everything. I will stay again… Truly recommend. Thank you NH Collection Prague

The room was very comfortable, big bed and clean bathroom with bathtub. A bit far from the main attractions but they can all be easily reached by bus. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very helpfull.

Having the whole floor carpeted was not the best. Moquette collects a lot of dust and it creates an unpleasant smell in the room. Plus, for people like me who suffer from allergies, it can be very problematic. I had to keep the windows open for most of the stay to be able to properly breath. Other than that, everything was great.

Friendly staff, great room and breakfast. The location was also good. We had the opportunity to try the spa and we loved it.

We used the teapots on the first night and the cleaning did not remove them, leaving the dirty teapots until the last day. Information about the spa, access to the terrace (lounge), gym and other facilities could be more transparent for foreigners. In addition, we caught days when there were quite a few young people in the hotel. The noise they made in the corridors and slamming doors was quite audible from our room.

When i checked in i was told by the hotel that breakfast is included in ur deal....next morning i woke up early ruah toward the dining area with family they said somebody mis informed u.... that was embarrassing.... rest was ok Secondly i booked 2 rooms with my kids they gave us rooms on seperate floors where as i asked for joining rooms said they havent got anymore rooms... Thirdly my room had all facilities but my kids room had nothing i was at 8th floor and they were at 6th floor

The room was large, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The skygarden is great for a drink at sunset. The breakfast was good.

The parking is expensive at €27 per day. The staff needs more hospitality training. One or to members of staff were polite but the overall experience was very cold and borderline rude on most interactions with the staff. It’s unfortunate because the hotel facilities are great, The way the staff deals with the customer needs to be improved. It would raise the quality from Good to Excellent.

good breakfast, with alot of options to choose, including a chef available to cook some fresh thinkgs. the hotel is verry clean. we had an extra bed in the room, also very comfy. the room is not large but not verry small either. bathroom is well equiped. the hotel is not far from a metro station (good option to travel).

the minibar was completely empty! also, for some reason the hotel bar closes at 10 pm!!! in my oppinion this is not ok. to be in Prague and have no possibility to have a beer after a long day in the city.... also not a sinlge botle of watter in the room.... only they can understand why.
