Best Western Airport Hotel Stella

Easy to get to. Everything was as expected. Clean room, comfortable bedding, pleasant staff, no problem getting an airport transfer, love the tea kettle in room with options of tea or coffee.

it was quite hot in room. I didn't think to turn off heat before I went to bed- but that is user error, not hotel fault. breakfast is from 7, so I missed it since my flight was earlier- not sure if I could have gotten a breakfast to go- but not a big deal. I enjoy staying at this hotel and will continue to make it my go to hotel when flying in and out of Zagreb.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant that we did not use . Staff are very helpful, we were given a breakfast bag as we had to check out at 6am when breakfast starts at 7am . Staff ordered us a taxi . Comfortable bed and nice bathroom

As this hotel is used by guests leaving on early flights at 7.30am and 8am , it would be helpful if the hotel started breakfast at 6am . Some airport hotels in London start at 4am . First free shuttle bus to airport is 7am , again, too late for early flights , we had to pay for a taxi . Our TV did not work in room 302, there was no signal . Only one chair in the room for 2 persons .

This hotel is modern and clean. It has an elevator, easy parking and an exceptionally good breakfast. Staff were helpful and directed us to a local bar/restaurant for a tasty dinner.

The air conditioning and the heating cannot function at the same time according to staff. Apparently this is a central control issue. When we visited it was the change of seasonal temperature so the room was quite warm (26 celsius ) even though the night temperatures were cool (11 celsius )

The people are nice and helpful. Check in was very fast. Breakfast was good and with different choice of coffee. If you are in the city for a stopover, it’s near the highway, easy to access. Family room was big enough.

We stayed in the family room and my daughter who slept in the extra bed, had bites all over her legs in the morning. There were no mosquitoes in the room so we do not know what it was. There is no closed parking (but still ok with secure outdoor parking). It would have been nice to have more fresh fruits for breakfast. If you are in the city to visit the city, it’s outside the city center.

Nice, clean and modern hotel within minutes of the airport. Our room had plenty of space, more than just a standard hotel room. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Plenty of free parking. It only took us around 10 minutes to get to the airport for our early morning flight on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff. They even provided us with a "to go" bag in the morning for breakfast since we were checking out early!

Hotel and staff 5 stars straight, but for the help to get COVID-19 test done fast and without going anywhere 10 stars.For traveling in Europe is Covid test needed and we asked in hotel when and where could be done . Long story short they organized doctors visit at hotel and he showed at hotel same night - basically hour later, and we had test ready waiting before we had breakfast next morning. I can’t thank them enough

I am not a big fan of one night hotels but this one surprised me! 1. First they have an electric charger. So they have it and it free! 2. Second- a very good room for four with all four beds are in their normal size! 3. Third - amazing breakfast (was also included in my price) - seriously- very good quality and delicious! 4. Very convenient location- no new to enter the city (Zagreb) with all this hustle and bustle especially with the parking! Usually we have overnight in Zagreb but have found this location more convenient and more affordable!

Noise from the nearest highway. If possible request a room from another side.

The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good but a bit monotonous (same, exact offer for five days in the row). Great coffee though! They have these pukpin fritters that are to die for!

The room was sold as "king bed" room, but in fact it's just two beds put together. Also the mattress on one of the beds have seen better days (soggy and soft in the middle - very uncomfortable)

loved it. will stay again. good breakfast,nice and helpful reception people. spoke good English,very kind telling us about the parking fines and where not to park to avoid it.

for a hotel this size it's a shame they don't have their own parking. The weekend was free on the streets so that's ok otherwise 16Euros for the night in nearby carpark. We knew about it though.

I had a one night stay and chose the location close to autobahn for long trip the next day. The hotel itself was quite clean, comfortable, and good. Breakfast was excellent: scrambled, fried, and boiled eggs, many bread and pastries, fruit, cereal, cheese/cold meats. Only disappointed that there were no restaurants nearby for supper. Staff ordered in a pizza which was okay. Nearby gas station did provide some snacks. WiFi was good.

I was disappointed by supper options but it was only a one night stay so tolerable.
