NH Cali Royal

Excellent staff, food, location. Very safe and clean.

Not all the rooms are renovated. 8th floor is not recommended. I have to change my room because of the old dusty rug, I am allergic. But the staff immediately solved the situation and gave me another very cool room.

From Reinal who picked me at the airport, to the bellhops, specially the one that speaks english, the front desk clerks, the restaurant crew, the maids, the security guards...N H Cali Royal is by far one of the bests hotels I have stayed in, and 80% is due to the excellent pesonnel that the hotel has. I wish I could remember all their names, to the few I remeber and congratulate are Reinal, Margarita, Alejandro, Joser Stiven, Valentina, and Luiyi. To the management team...keep your excellent execution. Of my many travels to Colombia, Cali felt like home. Exceptional facilities, professional staff, location..NH Cali Royal has it all. I will definetly return.

The facilities were ok, the continental breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and clean, nice view, and the staff was fantastic! The highlight of the hotel is Juancho, the hotel's cat. He was the politest food beggar and just soo cute. Also, It is great that they are trying to offset their carbon footprint by using solar panels, but get ready to have unreliable hot water.

The WIFI hotel is terrible, so if you are staying here for business don't or bring your own portable wifi router. You have to pay for the office spaces, they give you a 2-hour complimentary usage a day or something; the hotel doesn't have working areas, so you will need to work in the restaurant or in your room if you don't want to pay for the office spaces. They also have to do something about their keycards, they get demagnified soo easily.

Exceptionally clean, at least some of the staff is bilingual (eng/sp), but every staff member was pleasant and attentive. The building is elegant, and everything worked correctly. I didn't get to try the pool, but it was beautiful and clean. Morning included breakfast was one of the best, with fresh fruit and cheeses, eggs as you like, lots of cereals, fresh breads, all beautifully set along the pool. Super clean and fresh. Stayed 2 nights, and 4 nights would have been better. It shares its front entrance with a very nice shopping mall.

It's a little tough to find due local roads, traffic can be heavy too, but you'll be in a taxi, so no big deal. Even with a 7am bad traffic day, it was exactly 1 hour from the airport.

the hotel is in the older side, there were stains in the carpet in our room , the AC didn’t always work :( and I applaud that the hotel is trying to go green by having solar panels to warm up shower water so you have to be ready to not have hot water. They also need to do something about the key cards , they get so easily demagnetized. However, despite all the small issues I would stay here again, the beds were comfy and the room was extremely clean ! breakfast and the full day menu were also fantastic ! and the staff was fantastic

I like everything. The breakfast the, the location, the staff was very helpful. The beds were really comfy. The availability of the pool till 10 pm. The location was perfect a mall close to the hotel and one big mall unicentro in front of the hotel. Very easy to catch a cab. In a nutshell our stay was awesome.

the hotel is a little bit outdated in certain areas. It needs some updates like furniture in the room etc, but it still awesome hotel to stay during your vacation

Great location! Close to Unicentro and a great local bakery right around the corner. Nice lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Our room had a view of the mountains which was really a nice perk. The cab-suv company affiliated with the hotel is a great service.

We had one poor experience with the restaurant where the waitress gave us an entire extra meal, even though we just asked for a side of rice. On occasion the water from the tap was suspect, but that may be more of a city issue that the specific hotel.

that place was beautiful when it was managed by the RADISSON HOTEL. what happened? it looks like it needs a lot work and cleaning. the rooms need to be improved. they need to changes the curtains and the blackouts they look old and don’t work properly toilets a/c the tubs can be a hazard when you are wet and coming out of shower.

The bed was very comfy! The service was excellent except the dry cleaning was not so good as I had a short time so they ironed it for me but it didn't have any crease in the pants but I got through. First day the music came on at 9:30 am so loud you could not rest but the other days were fine.

The only thing I did not like was the dry cleaning issue I had there was no professional on staff to crease my dress shirts and pants correctly. Also the bed was very comfy but the the room and furniture was little outdated it could use a remodel.

Very high standard. Swimming pool is outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some speak English but majority speak Spanish. Central location to shopping malls. Excellent Spa area and professional staff. Restaurant is on site.

First 2 days no hot water in room but resolved after 2 days. Cable TV didn’t work but we didn’t go to Cali to watch TV!
