Very kid friendly. Entertainment for the kids throughout the day. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and ice machine. Staff was really ok, especially the waiters. The food was fresh, both buffet and a la carte.

The buffet is rather expensive compared to the offer. The hotel pictures and description make you believe there is a water slide inside. There isn’t, it’s just a pool + a dry play area next to it. The pool is rather small for the number of kids spitting in there :)) It smells like something died in the hallways, because of the mold. The elevators smell like a chicken pen. This is disguised by the chlorine smell during the day, but if you are a morning person, don’t breathe too deep when you exit the room (at least my experience on the 5th floor) The thermostat was set on a really low temperature and the controls were “broken”.

Breakfast buffet was amazing!

I had booked three nights with two queen beds a couple months in advance. The hotel cancelled my first night due to card error and delayed responses through the booking.com website. My family crammed into a one bed room with a chaise and floor mat to make due. Price of that room was adjusted but I feel like there should have been something to compensate for the inconvenience. We were also travelling by public transportation and no one mentioned to us about the free bus passes. Upon check in they even asked us how we would be travelling. I had also asked the front desk for bud route info. It wasn’t until our last day that we got the bus passes. By this point we had already spent $75 in bus fare.

this was our large family’s (6) first big trip together.. and everything about our stay here went perfect! From the front desk getting us an early check in, to our kids eyes opening wide in excitement with every turn they made!! The cleanliness was excellent and way above expectations for a location with as much to offer. The food at 10Vague restaurant was almost as great as the staff themselves! we spent 3 nights and wanted to book longer!! Our next trip to Quebec will absolutely involve a stay at L’Hotel Quebec!!

The only reason I didn’t rate our stay a 10.. was because we never got to take in the weekend festivities that are normally planned.. which is absolutely not a strike against the facility itself.

The pool was nice for the kids, they had an arcade room, exotic animals, and art activities.

The pool was a foggy color and didn't seem clean, just overloaded with chlorine but murky water. The juice bars next to the pool were closed, that was disappointing. The buffet was expensive considering what they served. The food was just mediocre. We stayed three nights and not once did someone come to clean our room. We have three children. We need a broom and mop... we requested to have some housekeeping and they flat out said no, we don't clean unless its more than three days. This is a children's hotel.....

Great for our young children. Also loved the check in times, made our travel plans easier. The facilities were very clean, well kept, aesthetically pleasing, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

The shower pressure was very rough for young kids, the construction, the front of the building is hard to find late at night(due to construction), the wheel chair ramp was closed so it was hard to get out stuff to the room.

Great place for kids to play and stay. Everything you need in 1 hotel. Staff was friendly. Located right off the bridge was nice. Overall it's a nice hotel and a nice place for a FAMILY vacation. Definetly not for couples looking to get away as there are hundreds of kids at the hotel..

The arcades should be free for hotel guest instead of making us pay extra to play the games. The restaurant was a little pricey as well. Murphy beds were not that comfortable.

Amazing atmosphere, the pool was wonderful very alive and kids loved it. Bands singing at the pool, delicious drinks, activities, magicians, princesses, jumping castles and more we didnt do… kids had a blast and so did we.

Could use more cleaning of the pool water and the pool itself requires some maintenance, the flooring tiles are popping off my daughter hurt her little finger.

Excellent to have three comfortable queen beds in one room--makes family travel way more comfortable. The indoor pool and playground were hits with the kids. And not that far a drive to get to the old city, we didn't mind being far away since we had our car with us.

Hot tub was really unclean, the water was brown and needed draining and refill but it never happened during our stay. Dinner food was mediocre for price but if you calibrate expectations to appealing to kids amd not having to go anywhere then it was what you'd expect.

the hotel amenities are great it’s all child friendly .. my son enjoyed the pool very much and it was nice going on a swim while the band playing … the bouncy castles are awesome too… definitely coming back .. close in everything just few minutes away from Costco, mega park , old Quebec and etc… good restaurants just a walking distance..

the room was not very amusing it was dusty I have to clean it my self but still good, a very minimal complaint that easily to manage just want to point out. no big deal

Everything was fantastique except for the buffets. Food was poor. To much pasta. Found little restaurants around and they were awsome.

Need at least 2 lifeguards on duty at night. Way to many people in the pool to be safe They did their job but when a problem in the water park area pool was left unattended. Parents do not always supervise and some kids around 10 and 12 years old were without parents .
