This place is wonderful - it’s brand new and everything is modern and spotless. It’s right by the lake so it’s especially great for anybody that wants to take a swim or to take out the canoe, kayak, paddle boards or pedal boat. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with a smart big screen TVs so we even caught some Netflix movies before bed!

We couldn’t connect to the wifi but it wasn’t that important to us, especially since the TV was already connected to it.

We LOVE the location. The staff was great, kind and friendly! We loved that the property/Hostel was repurposed and is now such a beautiful multipurpose property. The use of the kitchen/bar/pool tables is also a great feature for guests and proximity to the old village and ski hill is great! You can easily bike/walk around. Quick drive anywhere too. Great for a couple getaway or for a family!

The only issue we had was the AC. Our room did not have an AC controller and when we arrived it was 26 degrees in our room. We were able to open the window and the room cooled slightly. That said, we had to keep the window open all night because the rooms were sold out and there were no extra controllers. The smoke (from wild fires) was not great and we unfortunately breathed it all night. We did get a controller the following day which was great and the AC worked perfect! Slightly hiccup but I suggested they get a few extra controllers in case :)

From the moment we walked in, Natalie was a breath of fresh air with her welcoming and infectious smile. We were there to celebrate a birthday and was upgraded to a suite. The hotel is brand new, and furnishing was top-notch. Our terrace came with a grill and was less than 100 feet from the dock on Lake Moore. Amazing sights, and you could rent kayaks, canoes, and SUPs at very reasonable prices. All-in-all, everything was beautiful! Thanks, Natalie, for making our birthday celebration special. We'll definitely be back!

There was nothing to criticize during our stay

It is a beautiful location and super convenient as we were a 15 minute walk to Cybercycle where we rented bikes for Le P'tit Train du Nord, which is right beside the cycle shop. The Suite was a great size with everything you need for a kitchen. The terrace and bbq were a great addition as we didn't have to spend money on eating out. We had a family of tame deer visit everyday. I will definitely be returning. Staff were very helpful and kind and accommodating as well.

Since we had booked the terrace, there are hotel rooms above you. It can be very loud. We were lucky to have people who were on similar schedules as us. I feel like it could be very loud depending on who is staying above you.

The suite is very clean and modern. The terrace is nice and ours was facing the lake which was excellent. Walking distance to old Tremblant. Nice outside fireplace

The noise coming from the Mont Tremblant circuit is very bad (from 9 am to 5pm). I loved the Moore lake, small but clean water and excellent for SUP or kayak however the noise from the cars being tested on the circuit was disturbing. The kayaks and canoes available for rent were dirty and full of water. The towels were never changed during our stay, we found out we could have asked for clean ones by going to the reception.

Hotel is new, clean and is beautifully decorated. The unit has everything needed for a weekend away. Friendly and helpful receptionist. The terrace was really nice to relax on in the evening and we even had a family of deers come right up to us. I really love staying in this area - It's so close to Tremblant village, hiking, spa Scandinave and St. Jovit, etc..I highly recommend Chez David (3 minute walk) for a meal on their terrace. The beach 'Parc Plage du Lac Mercier' (which we were told is better water for swimming in than Lac Moore) is 3 min drive away and offers free entrance for residents or those staying in the area (you need to present your hotel card).

Lake access was nothing special (lake/lake views was further from the rooms than I thought it would be) and would have been nice if we had the option to use the pedal boats/kayaks for free.

Absolutely amazing, perfect location very close to the Pedestrian Village (10 min drive), close to the beach and cruise (5 min drive). The room was very clean, gorgeous modern decor, lots of space and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need! Super comfy bed, crisp and clean sheets, lovely comforters and blankets. The terrace is beautiful, has a picnic table, BBQ and I loved that there were string lights hung around the terrace, for the perfect ambiance.

The parking was a bit tricky, as the hotel was fully booked, but we were lucky to find parking spots right next to our room every time.

Very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Next time we are in Mont Tremblant, we will be returning to this hotel! The property is beautiful and has a little dock area where you can rent kayaks for $15 per hour.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The woman at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The parking situation was hassle free and convenient.

Location good as near to the village with good restaurant options. Shout out for La Petite Cache restaurant. Amazing service and ambience. The studio apartment was spacious, modern and clean with lovely outdoor deck and BBQ. Very comfortable bed. Amazing customer service.

Although assigned parking it doesn't work as the space does not fit the number of cars assigned. Accessibility would not work for older occupants. Stairs with no handrails. Lounge chairs for sitting outside on the deck and better seating by the lake

A short drive to the ski resort. The room and facilities are recently updated and in great condition.

It seems to me that it used to be a two-storey town home that was split into three individual rental rooms. Because of that the sound proof is really weak. If your neighbors are quiet you're good, if they are not you're out of luck. One out of three nights our neighbors below were celebrating Xmas till 1am and we could hear them really well.
