Quality Hotel & Suites Woodstock

All the staff members were so helpful and accommodating; it's apparent that they love their jobs and aim to please! Breakfast was excellent! The salad was both surprising and amazing! Good job, chef(s)!!!!! Little bit of a mix-up about the room, but it was corrected immediately, and you gave us the best rate in town! We're also excited to hear that there will be entertainment starting in November! We will definitely be returning to your Quality Inn! Thank you! Margy & Sheila

Maybe a little paint touch-up on the ceiling from some past water damage. The pump/jets didn't work in the jacuzzi tub. The drain is slow in the vanity area. For goodness sake, if you're not going to open the pool, at least cover it up or fill it in. It's so sad to see it like that.

My room was near my friends, easy access to the outdoors, except if you let the door close behind you - and you want to return through the same door you can't because you are locked out!

There was no room cleaning service because they are having a difficult time getting staff. It wasn't explained to me when I checked in, so I had to ask.

There were still signs all over the hotel advertising hotel restaurants and other venues. They were not taken down during Covid restrictions as they were still closed. None of this was disclosed at check-in nor the fact that they didn't clean your room until you checked out. You had to to the front desk to get new towels. It was also not disclosed at check-in. Even though they didn't clean your room daily, somehow mysteriously a bag of soiled diapers appeared on the floor of our room. We are seniors.

Very spacious. Clean. Easy check-in. Comfortable. Good location to restaurants and shops. Good addorabe prices.

Not a big deal overall but desk drawer didn't close so needed to use some paper to keep it shut.

The room was ready earlier than expected. Nice and clean. The staff was excellent at the front desk. The kitchen staff went above and beyond for my young daughter and brought her colouring stuff while we(parents) finished eating our meal.

I didn't expect it to be this good. Wonderful location, everything you need is close by. Clean room, great breakfast. And, very importantly, quiet.

The only problem, there wasn't always hot water.

The rooms were definitely in need of upgrades. The one bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the chairs were worn and the ac was only in the main living area not the bedroom

The staff were extremely friendly especially when I arrived later than expected because of a crash on 401.

Some of the feel of the building felt dated but that will be updated one day and restored to its glory.

The staff were so accommodating they provided everything extra for our family. The property was clean and it was quiet and very comfortable. We booked a business sweet as we brought all the kids and our family dog and it was perfect.
