Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and accomodating. I especially appreciated their willingness to prepare documents for me that were essential for returning to my country of residence. I liked watching the planes taking off and landing directly over the hotel, and was amazed that the sound-proofing managed to prevent most of the sound from bothering my sleep (3rd floor first visit, 5th floor second visit, 8 floors available). The bed and pillows were comfortable, the blanket was light but warm enough, and the heating could be controlled in each room. Water pressure was good at all times.

I wish they had kept up the free coffee service that they still had in the first week of March. If it is troublesome for the staff to serve customers, then can I recommend a self-serve station? It would not need to be kept up by staff members as often as serving each customer individually, and if necessary, it could be made available at off-peak hours. The difficulty of providing free coffee to customers is a small price to pay for the goodwill it generates.

Shuttle service , heated pool, restaurant , very comfy bed

I stayed in this hotel for one night only on my way from Toronto airport to my final destination. The travel from airport to hotel was via a free shuttle service. I asked around and found the shuttle waiting at the designated spot. The driver only wanted to confirm I was heading to the right Sheraton hotel (there are 2- one is nearer to the airport and accessible via terminal 1, this one was farther away and accessible via shuttle). The shuttle took about 10-15 minutes to get there. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. They checked me in without any hassle. The room itself was nice and clean, with all the usual amenities such as tea/coffee, iron + table. The bathroom was nice and clean too and nothing was broken. The bed mattress was nice and comfy but the pillows were too soft. I did not use the restaurant though I am told they serve halal food (I was told to inform the chef about the choices). The next morning, I loved the buffet breakfast. I particularly liked the "on demand" omelette service and the friendly chef who made it. Later, I took the shuttle back to the airport to catch the UP express. I did not use the parking service. I also did not use the fitness centre and did not look around for any local shops, so unable to comment on these. All in all, my stay was pleasant and I am very happy. I found the facilities nice and clean, and staff were pleasant. I now have a nice hotel on my list for a stopover if heading to/from Toronto Pearson airport.

Pillows- too soft for me.

Great room, very accommodating staff, very comfortable bed. It's not as close to the airport as you'd expect but the shuttle will take you TO AND FROM the airport at ANY TIME you request at the front desk. You can call and ask the property where to find the shuttle to the hotel when you land. Nice pool and gym, and good breakfast. The staff was so nice and helped me get an early check-in on a Sunday even when they were under staffed.

The price was more than I would've liked. The facilities appear more luxurious on the pictures but it didn't disappoint in any way except the price. I ate hotel food and I would recommend ordering from Uber or Skip instead you will get better value for money.

Extremely comfortable and very spacious room - immaculate and recently renovated. Lovely housekeeping staff - special mention for Housekeeping Manager Sachi. She was so helpful in sorting out our room for us and so friendly. We were delighted with the late check out the staff arranged as our flight was quite late in the day - staff were most helpful in arranging this. Great shuttle to the airport with a lovely driver. Breakfast was excellent - the most amazing chef on the omelette station. Best omelette we've ever had and he took the time to chat to all the guests which was really nice.

We booked a Club Room with lounge access. Although we were allocated a lovely room on the Club floor the lounge was not available as it 'was closed for the weekend'! We were a bit disappointed as we felt this should have been mentioned when booking. However the late check out and the fact we were allowed unlimited snacks and drinks from the reception area more then compensated for our initial disappointment.

The Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference exceeded our expectations. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We were even given beverages and snacks upon our arrival after midnight and checkout. The hotel was spotless and the staff was professional, kind and courteous. The room on the club level was spacious, clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at the Restaurant was amazing. The pool area was also clean and warm. We highly recommend Sheraton as they take pride in what they do.

If I could, I would stay in this bed forever. The room was super comfortable, spacious, there was a small coffee/tea machine, and everything was clean. Staff was super helpful and kind! We had a one day layover so we stayed and worked in the lobby for a couple of hours, it was very pleasant and relaxing.

If you need to stay close to the airport then the location is good because there is a shuttle available every 20 mins and it takes about 8mins to get there. However I don’t recommend this location for any other stay, the area is very North American meaning it’s mostly meant for cars.

Great location. easy to reach city and close to airport. Amazing view of runways and park from the room window. Comfy bed and other furniture in the room. Refrigerator and coffee machine were good benefits. Personally for me it was convenient that I could travel with my cat without additional fee. Good breakfast, very friendly stuff in restaurant; sending special love to kind lady who was speaking to me in Ukrainian and Polish to cheer me up :)

It seems that room cleaning is done only by request, nobody cleaned for my 5-days staying. It wasn't crucial for short stay, but it would be great to have fresh water and coffee pads renewed every day. Sometimes there are wait line to be seated for breakfast even if plenty tables are free, can be bad if you are in hurry.

Sheraton is Sheraton = a very nice hotel. We had a large bedroom with amazing beds and a very nice TV. Great curtains and good air condition. A very clean room and very cool bathroom too. The swimming pool was great too.

The distance from the hotel to Downtown Toronto (but I wouldn't depreciate the hotel for this, because I could see on the map where the hotel was located). The breakfast and the parking were not included in the price of the room and they were pretty expensive in my opinion (but at least, the breakfast was very good and pretty much all we can eat, so it would be a good deal for the people who like to eat a lot). The pub closed at 11 O'clock at night and that was a pretty sad thing in my opinion, especially in an area without other restaurants or pubs around).

The pool was nice for the kids. Breakfast was also very good.

The shuttle never showed up at pickup & again when we tried to go back to the airport to catch the train. There were 4 of us in the room but they only gave us 2 towels, I asked for 4 the first morning and they left us 4 but every day after that we were back to 2 even when I had left them hung in the bathroom to dry. The pool also rarely had towels stocked, strangely.
