I didn’t really like how the room layout was, I think something that was a little bit weird for us was the fact that there wasn’t 1) a microwave in the room, 2) The showers were weirdly placed and didn’t have a door to close, and it was a curtain to close the view of the shower

breakfast was good. lots of seating. toaster didn't work particularly well but eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, cereals, yogurt, juices and coffee/tea. I was down at 7am, my travel companions closer to 8 and no issues with food availability or seating.

toaster didn't do much more than warm the bread. nothing much within walking distance of the hotel. but neither would lower my opinion. a solid good value stay.

The room was quiet and well apportioned.

Their taxi driver is dishonest. Reception told me a taxi fridge to the airport would cost $15 - 25. He drove me there, and then asked for $35, I told him what reception had said, so he asked for $25 which I paid. Stupidly I gave him a tip of about $3 which he did not deserve. I have sent reception at the hotel my overall satisfaction with the hotel and my stay, and told them about the taxi driver.

Bed was comfortable. I liked the decency of the room.Room was clean.

There is no microwave in room. There was only one microwave for all guests to use in the whole facility. That is very uncomfortable for those of us who likes warming our foods. Lastly, the telephone in the room was not working. Even though I made every effort to explain it to the staff, they still didn't make any effort to repiar it. I had to take the elevator each time to go relay a message or ask for something. Was not too nice.

The reception was really nice due to the day I had with my flight getting cancel so I made a mistake when I booked a room and he was really understanding and the person help me and made sure that I could get a room so I could get a shower, get some rest and also I could make some arrangement with the airline for flight the next day.

THE PRICE.......

The room we stayed in was in newer part of hotel which was excellent. The room was huge and the staff that checked us n and out were wonderful.

The elevator could use a little tlc and when we went down for breakfast, the families that were there piled on the food so there was hardly nothing for anyone else and the hotel ran out of waffle batter.

Everything was good, but the breakfast was so-so. I found the food was acceptable, but the way the self-serve was laid out made it challenging with the number of people eating. It doesn't have to be that way - some simple changes in layout would make a huge difference. As I said however, everything else was good

It was a nice clean space and the check in/out process went smoothly. It was quiet, had great AC and comfy bedding. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

It’s a bit out of the way from city center but you have several transportation options. There are not a lot of things to do around the location.

Room was very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly although they surprised us by charging extra even though my booking.com reservation listed 3 adults (one child is 18) and one child. Breakfast was a nice feature and it was really close to the airport.

Only issue was we could hear our neighbors through the wall.

Actully，everything in this hotel is better than my imagine. Before I arrived there, the comments said that this hotel is terrible, so I was very worried about it. But when I arrived there, it is not same as the comments said at all. The bed is clean, very tidy room. And they have breakfast.

The Wifi, it is the only thing that i am not satisfy.
