Hotel X Toronto by Library Hotel Collection

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

There was nothing we did not like, all services were so efficient. Lovely food and facilities and always something to do at the hotel. Nothing too much for the customer, even an in-house Tesla car which was such an experience.

The bedroom and the lake view are amazing. The location near CNE, which is good for us because we do not need to find a parking lot in the crowed area. The swimming pool on the roof top is fantastic so that I went there every day to relax and enjoy.

We checked-in late around 8 pm on Friday, and the parking space was full, which the staff told me few days before staying that I would get my parking spot when I checked-in. My husband was not pleasant because we paid much, and we didn't get our parking spot with our two days stay, that was ridiculous. Then we needed to pay for the hotel's valet parking service, which is unfair. So, we paid for our parking spot $50 per day, which we understood, then we needed to pay more for valet service and their tips. I would like to say, it will make your staying experience worse because the staff won't guaranty you will get parking spot if you check-in lately.

Location was great, we were attending an event at Budweiser Stadium so you could not ask for a better location. The view from our room was amazing. The staff checking in was friendly.

We ate a Valerie, views were amazing! The food and service were just ok in my opinion. We ordered drinks and some sharing plates. Our food arrived before our drinks and our 1 friend didn’t get her first drink and the rest of us were ordering our second ones. Her first drink should have been on the house but nothing was offered. So a little disappointed with that. We ordered 4 things to share and they were all just ok

Location to the concert venue was exactly what I was looking for.

We ate at Roses. Our cocktail were on point! But half of the food menu was unavailable. I think the restaurant was understaffed as our service was extremely slow. Forced into ordering the cheese burger which would have been amazing but very undercooked in the center. I would have returned our meal to the kitchen but with the service being was it was we couldn't risk missing the concert. 6:15p reservation, meal arrived at our table at 7:45p and instantly ask for our bill too leave for 8pm. We will be returning next month for another stay with the hopes this experience was only a one off.

Everything about the hotel. The employees were very helpful. I had seen everything the hotel had to offer. But I wasn't sure how to find it. One of the employees showed us and gave us a tour. It's definitely worth it.

It was this one guy who worked on the rooftop restaurant. He said they were close nomore food. It was a couple next to us that wanted to order food. He told them the kitchen was closed. Right in front of us, a couple that had ordered food wanted another order of what he made them. So we all watch him remake the food for them but wouldn't serve the couple that wanted to order food.

The staff at this resort are phenomenal. However, once individual went above and beyond from the minute we booked up in the parking lot. Josh was a staff member that assisted with the valet parking. He ensured for the few days that we were staying that we were fully taken care of. If that was bringing our car up on time, or offering us a cold water bottle on the way out. He definitely made our stay worth it.

I didn't like the fact that paying for a corner suite you did not get the view of the CN Tower. Also, I was denied access to book reservations for the facilities prior to my stay because of booking through booking.com and not directly through their website. The plugs in the washroom did not work which was in convenient. When trying to set up a surprise for the room, had to send multiple message prior to getting a reply.

The hotel was immaculately clean, they had all the facilities one could desire and then some. They offered good amenities as well. The staff were wonderful. Each person we interacted with gave incredible guest service, and they do truly go above and beyond for their guests. Shout out to Andray, who always had a smile and friendly words for us - he even remembered our kiddo!

It’s just slightly out of the way of the heart of the city, but we wanted to be in the middle of the track for the Honda Indy, so we were pleased regardless.

We ordered breakfast from room service for our daughter’s birthday. It came with sparklers which were very festive! The staff tried to light them, repeatedly, but had a bunk lighter, and yet they tried three separate times and were such good sports about it it made no difference that they weren’t lit. It may sound silly but it made a 16 year old girl laugh out loud. Thank you 😊

Our experience at Roses was first delayed, then rushed and impersonal and then not delicious. I used Open Table (because the website made it seem like I needed to) but no one asked when we arrived, to a mostly empty restaurant (and had been denied earlier seating) and then I had to explain what happened to Open Table because they thought I abandoned my reservation. The staff was inattentive - although seemed very attentive to the table of young men ordering shots. It was our daughters 16th birthday and just not what we expected after the rest of our experience.

My mom booked Hotel X for my 19 birthday. Me and my friends had a great time. The discount for booking one month early was good.

The booking took a long time compared to other sites. It is a lot easier to book Arbnb and other sites. You just put in a card and it takes it. But its good to get other stuff for free like we do at all the other hotels we stayed at. I stayed at a lot of hotesls. At Sheraton we get free dinners or discounts, we get stuff for the spa and free coupons for places we go to near the other hotels. Same with all the other hotels tell us how to get discounts for a bunch of stuff. In New York they helped us plan the vacation and told us about a bunch of deals. Me and my friends would want to find cool places and deals for clubs.

Check-in was quick and our room was very nice with a wonderful view. Price was quite high, but we paid for the convenience of the location close to The Royal Winter Fair. Female dinner manager at Roses was wonderful. Service was very good for dinner.

Dining at Roses for Sunday morning brunch we had horrible service. It took over 30 minute for wait staff to approach the table to even take a drink order. tea was brought to the table without any spoons, no milk. Order took another 30 minutes. Restaurant wasn't even busy at the time we went. Food was not good.
