The staff was kind and helpful. The place was clean and bright. The room was comfortable.

I thought that the price was extremely high. We received no Marriott rewards because we used Booking. Com, but for 5 nights, we should have received some acknowledgement of our stay. We also come annually, so some consideration of our being regular customers would be appreciated.

The location by the university campus was perfect for us as we brought our dog to have surgery done at the Ontario Veterinary College. We found the hotel comfortable, clean, and quiet. Every member of staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional. I loved having a desk because I was working remotely. Free parking was also a bonus. Overall, a very pleasant experience, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

The window in our bedroom was drafty and the heating unit quite loud. It would be nice to have some dishes/mugs and cutlery provided with the kitchenette by default (we asked the reception for them and the housekeeper delivered them very quickly though).

in lobby asked for a coffee at 12:10 pm person said ok begrudgingly and when I asked for a yogurt gave me a stern lecture how the close at 12 noon on Sundays after I just paid for 2 nights, food etc and had all our students stay at the delta

The hotel was perfect for what I needed. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the room and the beds were all perfect.

The only negative thing for me was the fact the airco or ventilation unit of the restaurant was quite noisy. You have a constant zooming sound in the room. However after a few minutes, I was ok with it otherwise I would have asked for another room. Still something to mention, because maybe it can be improved and maybe some people will not get used to it.

The hotel room shown on booking.com for 4 persons with sofa bed but the sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all. Also there was no AC for the sofa bed (sitting room).

Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Checking in was fast and efficient. The suite was beautiful and clean.

My only complaint was when I booked the room online it said the breakfast was included but when we went down for breakfast they said it was not included in the room. Ii paid over two hundred for the to with taxes you would think the breakfast was included. Someone made a mistake.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Ideal for families. The restaurant was great and very accommodating of some allergy/dietary restrictions. We were just driving through and needed a place to stay for the night and ended up really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the city.

Location for where we wanted to go was excellent. We had to go out to eat when being right at the hotel would have been preferable and a whirlpool or swimming pool would have been nice but under the circumstances we understand. A very nice place and would definitely stay there again.

This sounds nitpicky, but cleaning under the ridge on the toilet bowl and not seeing brown running down the inside of the toilet would be preferable and a microwave would have been nice.

Had an excellent 2-day stay at this hotel. Services were reduced of course, due to Covid, so I didn't use any of the usual hotel amenities. Check-in was completed within minutes of my arrival, the guest services desk is staffed by very friendly and professional women- I was upgraded at check-in for no additional charge due to availability and I appreciated that tremendously. My room was spotlessly clean and lovely; both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and I appreciated being able to control the temperature myself to ensure the room was perfectly comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. I enjoyed that I was able to link my phone to the tv's as a remote and use my own Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts to watch television. I called down to guest services for dishware and a kettle to make my morning coffee and received my items within minutes of my request. Lots of fluffy white towels and cloths in the bathroom meant no need for housekeeping through my stay. Excellent experience and I'll certainly return in the future.

Location was very convenient. Staff were very friendly especially Daniel at the front desk and Steve in the restaurant! Enjoyed the gym facilities.

The bathroom was not cleaned especially the toilet, however, overall the room was clean and the front desk staff promptly assisted with taking care of the issue.
