Homewood Suites by Hilton Cambridge-Waterloo, Ontario

Room was clean and well stocked. Surprised to have a little kitchen and sitting area…Very spacious. Quiet. All main areas were clean. Fitness room had a lot of equipment, water cooler, towels and wipes . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Staff were friendly and professional. Plenty of parking spots. It was a great experience. We would definitely come back should the need arise.

It really was a great stay. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure there were hand sanitizers everywhere, garbage bins on each floor, information readily available, wifi worked well.

Beautiful rooms, the suite was well sized for a family of four with good separation between bedroom and living space. Full sized fridge and kitchen were nice. The rooms and whole facility was clean and well maintained.

If the pool isn’t open there really should be a discount or their should be an email go out before your stay allowing you to book elsewhere. Travelling with kids, the pool is a big highlight for the stay in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection but the staff could not keep up to the amount of people. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were great and were working hard, but it was hard for them to keep up with the volume of people coming down.

Price was a little high, breakfast was ok however my wife has celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. The kitchen staff made fun of her for it and the only option she could have was toast, which was terrible. There should be bacon and reg sausages as well!

Breakfast was ample and excellent! Staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when we experienced a noisy refrigerator and asked to move to another room. Very nice rooms/suite - a great home away from home. Had everything you would need.

We had a positive stay.

The hotel room looked clean and I liked that there was many hotel regulations in place to avoid unnecessary contact with others, which is vital when traveling in Covid19 times. Breakfast was good and there was a wide selection of food. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hot and cold water in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink did not work correctly. The kitchen sink did not give cold water and the bathroom sink did not have hot water, which was quite frustrating.

Home away from home. This suite had everything stove top, fridge, dishwasher and even the dishes and pots and pans.

The water pressure was not good at all. It took almost a hour to fill the spa tub as well as the shower not enough pressure.

Nice couch and chair to lounge in with the bedroom separate.

Enjoy coming back to this motel so we can visit family close by!!! With Covid only 2 paper cups in the room. Nothing in the bathroom area. So once we used cups for coffee had nothing for cold water. Didnt know till we checked out that the dishes were in the dishwasher. Would prefer walk in shower. But the bath tub shower did just fine.

Good quality clean comfortable nice kitchen friendly stuff quiet area.

The pool is very small for 27 people dirty washroom and only one for men and women doesn’t have change room .

We really liked that there was a fully stocked kitchen area because during the pandemic we had to eat in the room and it was very convenient to have enough dishes without having to wash every time we needed them.

Some of the breakfast items were not very good for example the eggs partly because of how they had to be cooked and also it was hard to keep things hot because they had one person packing individual breakfast items per person. The time that that took made everything cold. However we appreciated that they were doing the best they could to honour the included breakfast.
