Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre, an IHG Hotel

I booked 5 rooms for my family (included out-of-country guests). We were in town for our son's wedding. This was a very affordable, clean, and comfortable place t o stay. There was ample parking which was great. Being able to check in at 2 am after the wedding and reception/dance was HUGELY appreciated as we had zero time to check in prior to the wedding.

I would have been nice if there were a couple more handicapped parking spots as one of my family members was hobbling in a cast.

Breakfast was included and we would rate it 4 of 5. Liked the scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon. Other good choices are available. It appears that the King Room was renovated and well furnished. Good location, close to restaurants, good staff and free parking.

We did not like the mattress and pillows. As a result, we did not get a good night's sleep. We would prefer comfort height toilets.

Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help with any issues. Currently finishing off renovations so not all rooms currently available but high executive floors are newly updated and quiet.

Had some issues with reservation modifications done over Booking.com but eventually everything sorted properly. Hotel food options not great but many local restaurants within walking distance.

The location worked well for our day trips to Toronto and to Hamilton. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who worked in the onsite restaurant was very accommodating with our food orders.

I didn't like that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I imagine it was a football fan who pulled a false alarm because the Winnipeg Blue Bombers were staying at the hotel ahead of the Grey Cup. If this was so, it was very inconsiderate and immature.

We had incredible service for the entire duration of our stay. Every staff member went out of their way to accommodate our group. I was so impressed with the staff at the front desk and the restaurant staff. We had a large group for dinner on the night of the 18th and the lady in the restaurant was on her own and was efficient, friendly and wonderful with the children in our party. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the staff were. The location was perfect, very close to the highway and many restaurants (The Keg, Jack Astor’s and Boston Pizza were all within walking distance) and the waterfront was less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

I had thought the booking info had said that the breakfast was included, not. The oatmeal was great, as was the pancakes, for my grandchildren, who stayed over one night.

The room was dated, door to bathroom had been poorly patched at the bottom and was coming apart one inch up. The carpet didn't look clean

We were there for my daughter's dance competition, we loved the pool.

A continental breakfast and microwave in the rooms would have been nice. The restaurant was really under staffed but the service was quite friendly.

The breakfast was great! And the dinner was fabulous! I had the steak and portobello mushroom meatloaf with potatoes and veggies.....excellent! The pool and gym rooms were also a great bonus. We used those areas often. Great hotel overall.

I'm was surprised to learn they didn't have room service available. And the kitchen closed at 10pm, which I feel is early.

It was close to two separate locations we needed to visit. The Keurig coffee machine / complimentary pods was nice.

Pool / hot tub not available because of Covid. Totally understand though.

You won’t find a nicer front desk staff than this hotel. The food was also excellent. Although slightly dated as a building, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a two minute walk to all the great restaurants. We will be back!
