Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good. However, I could smell the food from my room, which was next to the dining area and across from the kitchen.

We booked in April and asked for a quiet room. However, we were on the first floor and it was noisy. We attended our son’s wedding so we had 5 rooms. We all paid different prices and our son and his wife’s room was the most expensive. We had asked in April for a block of rooms, but best western did not make an effort to accommodate us. Other family members who came from out of town had to book at a different hotel. I have an account and informed your receptionist, but she did not even consider to accommodate, so not even any points towards my account.

We come here often and feel at home. Parking lot is good and no extra charge. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice and well kept up. Friendly staff. The free breakfast is a bonus - it's nothing spectacular but it gets the family started on their day. Oh - this may be a small thing - but their vending machine is really reasonably priced, which is awesome when you are travelling with teenagers. I didn't feel gouged sending them down there for a bag of chips!

There were multiple problems with keys. They would work once and then stop working. Other hotel guests had the same issue. Basically every time we returned to our room we had to get a new key. Hopefully they will sort this out.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in, breakfast buffet served every morning included with your room, clean rooms, great pool and hot tub. And the whirlpool tub in our room was a great touch. And great location right beside the highway and a few restaurants. We checked out and were headed home and they called to tell us we left a bag with our laptop in the room, so we headed back to get it. Great customer service. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing. Not a bad thing to say about this place

The customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped, the pool and hot tub were a pleasure to use. Plenty of parking, the breakfast area was spacious , clean, with a good choice of breakfast items. Would visit this hotel again for sure.

The location is okay for traveling to and from, very little is within walking distance, this is why I have given 9 stars!

Comfortable bed, good towels, clean room, ample parking, quiet room with blackout drapes, Keurig coffee maker in room, refrigerator in room, large flat screen tv, easy check in and out.

The breakfast room wasn't kept clean (tables dirty, spills on counter and floor), the coffee machine didn't work one day but no sign was put on it, same with the juice machine , and things like fruit and pastries weren't refreshed quickly.

The breakfast each morning had a variety of items available and even had plant based milk available. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This is definitely a hotel you need a vehicle at as the hotel is located just off the highway and there is nothing around the hotel. I didn't have access to a vehicle so had to rely on the bus (5 min walk) or friends to get anywhere.

Breakfast every morning was great, tasty and convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet for being close to the highway and had everything we needed.

Air conditioning and the bathroom fan were extremely loud and a little hard to sleep with. It was nice to have a pool option, but as soon as you step into the pool room the overwhelming chlorine smell quickly prompts you to leave, I thought public pools were supposed to switch to salt water long ago, that was a bit disappointing, but the kids enjoyed it.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was much better than expected and the overall facilities were in excellent condition. Although the hotel was very busy we did not have problem finding parking in the freshly paved parking lot.

There was nothing about the facility we did not like that comes to mind.

Decent hotel with welcoming personnel. Spacious rooms. Clean. Good toiletries( but No slippers ! No toothbrush! No toothpaste! ). The breakfast is fair . Generally, I recommend it for stay.

Some spot in the floor of the room. Breakfast can be better. Slippers are essential.

Booked for the price and location. Breakfast and pool were extra incentives. Very quiet despite the major highway very close by.

Canadian hotels seem to like 2 double beds and neither is made up of 2 singles. With 2 teenage sons this is a compromise we had to make so as not to need to pay for a second room.
