Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moncton, an IHG Hotel

Loved the location so close to all the activities and close to restaurants and shopping

Although I know how hard it could be to control, the room cleaning service was all over the place first day we had arrived very late so we didn't require service the next 3 were different housekeeping showed up at varied times from 10-3 it was never around the same time everyday when traveling with a very small child this can over lap with nap times if the cleaning service was more timed and we had a general idea it would be easier to get out of the room and plan something at that time so that we could have our room cleaned

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple seating options in the room.

The pool was small and there was no lifeguard or attendant. We stayed on a weekend when multiple sporting events were happening nearby. The pool filled quickly and there were many children and young adults horsing around. I am all for fun but in a small space, some limits need to be enforced for safety. Had there been an attendant, our pool visit would have been much more enjoyable. Breakfast was decent with pancakes, bagels, toast, yoghurt, fruit, and cereal but would have liked more hot breakfast options. All that was available were sausages and eggs. Bacon and hasbrowns would have completed the meal.

Excellent hot and cold breakfast buffet- good fill every morning! This is one reason we use this hotel when travelling to Moncton. Room was clean - cold fridge to use and microwave. Location is great - close to all highway accesses, gas stations and malls. We used the pool for an hour - clean and well maintained. I used the gym several times with the addition of a small universal in there from our first visit a few years ago was awesome. 2 out of 3 times no one else in there and had the gym to myself! Josh and staff were great to deal with. When booking always ask for a room facing the parking lot! Definitely use this hotel again!

The mattress in room 406 was high on the window side of the mattress and went down from there. First night the wife kept rolling down towards me so the other nights I slept on that side. Perhaps the mattresses should be flipped more often - small issue. When we first arrived - even though paid already through booking.com and had the week booked the girl at the desk charged my credit card $1,225 as though I had not paid. I had to go and speak to them daily to get this reversed with management involved. Not sure why she did this, slow down and look carefully at the screen! We were also told when we arrived to leave nothing in the car as cars had been broken into recently - this could happen anywhere and not the hotels fault.

The suite was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We traveled with our dog and they even provided us with a couple treats for him. The breakfast was delicious and there were even options for our picky eaters (the pancake bar 🤤)! We appreciated how close it was to Magic Mountain and Swiss Chalet!

The room card machine was down for our visit and we didn't have keys for most of our stay and had to have staff open our door for us. We were also required to book a time slot for the pool and staff had to let us into the pool as well. It wasn't really that bad, just slightly inconvenient. It wouldn't discourage us from staying here again (there are already plans for next summer). I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff, room size, breakfast was fantastic. The on sight laundry was greatly appreciated.

We had booked here as it had a pool, but when we arrived we were told the pool was closed for repairs. This was very disappointing as we had our young granddaughter travelling with us. We were able to use the pool in another hotel nearby which was nice but still a bit inconvenient.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety. I was particularly happy that there were gluten-free and dairy-free options, so I was actually able to eat a full breakfast with my family! The facilities were very clean, and employees were kind + helpful.

The hotel appeared to be short-staffed, as is most of the service industry. The front-desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times, but were still very friendly and as efficient as they could be under the circumstances.

There is free breakfast provided, though the pool is small, it feels enough for our family. The fitness room is really well done, the equipments are well taken cared; nothing is broken.

The hotel was very clean and staff really nice. Breakfast was good.

There was a hockey tournament and kids running around everywhere in hotel and parents not paying attention, having their own thing. We weren't able to enjoy the pool since a bunch of unsupervised kids were still there at 10:00 pm running around and screaming which was not inviting for the rest of hotel guests.

It still looked "new", everything was clean, the room was efficiently laid out, the lighting was "soft", the air conditioner "quiet", wifi was easy to access and reliable. Breakfast sounded great, but we missed it.

Lots of hallway noise while several adults and young children visited back and forth while unloading luggage from 9:30pm until almost 10:00 pm. I would have liked a bit more "soundproofing" of the shared washroom wall with the room next door.

Great hotel, all was new and very clean. The hotel team are nice and very helpful. The hotel has a free parking and is located not far from Moncton so you must use a car. A great pool.

Breakfast - a poor selection without any vegetables, all surved in disposable dishes and a plastic tray !!!! Felt like having breakfast in a factory.
