Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dieppe Airport, an IHG Hotel

- Excellent location, right off of highway - Shuttle service 24/7, only 5 min to airport - Big comfy bed - Size of room - quite spacious - Shower pressure, Dove soaps & shampoo - Quiet - Staff at reception were very nice and friendly - Breakfast to go (little bag) when departure is before breakfast time

- There was an ongoing noise from the fridge (gave impression of having tinnitus); difficult to fall asleep. But then it stopped throughout the night.

The shuttle service was great, had to drop our rental the night before, we called for the shuttle and they were there within minutes. We only had carry ons so couldn't bring our shampoo and conditioner so we were pleasantly surprised they stock actual bottles of Dove shampoo and conditioner and lotion!

it was bright and fresh. no stale smell of cigarettes. the duo blinds for room darkening vs light filtering were a pleasure! lots of storage and the overall ambiance was updated. loved having a fridge with microwave bar area. we watered 1 night only however would definitely return. 1 inconvenience was unable to connect to streaming on the tv. tried to call front desk and phone did not work in room.

Proximity to the airport.

They wouldn’t give me my government rate because I booked through booking.com! They hurried me out the door to get an earlier shuttle even though I have requested a bag breakfast. Hard to understand some of the staff.

It was a great little stay-cation. We were very pleased with the room we got, enjoyed the breaky, and really enjoyed the pool.

The only qualm we found was that certain areas of the room we were in really echoed the patrons that were roomed underneath us. They had some pretty loud kids, but that wasn’t fault of the hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The premises were very clean and you could see the staff going about their duties; everyone was very friendly. It was a very quiet and clean room and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location, very clean, excellent facilities, very comfortable, quiet. Speedy checkout, front desk open 24/7. Good and hearty breakfast, plenty of choices. They also have a small boutique where essentials can be bought. Would stay there again.

Cleaness.

An employee at the reception straight up refused to speak to us in French and refused to get someone who speaks French. We are not comfortable speaking in English, yet he made us speak in that language and it was super uncomfortable and inconvenient for us since we have huge accents.

This location is easy to reach and has a Tim Hortons and a gas station right next door. The beds are new and extremely comfortable!

The neighborhood was a bit rough and there were people hanging out in the car park who did not appear to be staying in the hotel.

Clean, very welcoming. Exactly as pictures described. Easy to get everywhere including distance from malls, super market, gas stations even magic mountain.

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was great.
