Check-in was easy and front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We required a quiet room to stay in after surgery. Front desk ensured that we were placed in a comfortable, quiet room. The pool and hot-tub was great for my son and I to play in while mama rested. Breakfast was simple but good. Something for everyone's tastes. As someone who is over 6', I normally find showers to be too short for me. This was not the case here. I was able to shower without issue. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay.

Some of the carpet throughout the halls could be replaced. Some paint peeling in places, but nothing too much.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Gorgeous view of the river from our room. Pool and hot tub were fun for the fam. Bring some toys or floaties for the pool for an exceptionally fun time. Hotel was quiet. View was nice. Breakfast was a decent continental with a great view and balcony. Pet friendly for $20.

Some things are a little outdated (furnishings, lighting, nothing gross though). The price is a little steep for 1 night. The AC in our room was a bit noisy (213, not unbearable, just a little loud). Truly nothing about this place would make me not want to stay again, I'm nitpicking.

The hotel was in a good place, clean, it had a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast.

We booked the hotel for a few days and the worker only put in for one day. So we were locked out and had to call the worker on for that day to reset our keys. The parking lot is awkward for parking a truck in a spot.

Bed was a little soft for my personal likings, but very comfortable. Clean and nice. Good value for the price. Breakfast was pretty standard but appreciated the hot items - eggs, sausage, hash browns. Good fruit too. Usually underwhelmed by an included breakfast but this one was pretty good.

Overall the stay was great and exactly what we needed, i dont have many complaints besides small minor inconveniences/details.

The parking lot was tiny and hard to maneuver, made for bigger trucks to take up more that 1 stall and one bed was very loud and creaked just to sit on, was loud to roll over but yet it was still comfortable..

These were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (except for home).

It seemed that people that smoked were trying to be careful and courteous however, there were no ashtrays or receptacles for cigarette butts for them to use, especially considering that it was fire season! As a pet owner, I was dismayed to find that there were no easily accessible garbage containers, even though I picked up after my pet. There also seemed to be an issue with garbage around the exterior of the lot...discarded coffee cups, bags etc.

This was an impromptu stay for us. Had a flat on the Coq so had to stop to get repairs done the next day. Hotel was a little hard to find and the entrance is hidden but staff was great and the room was clean and comfy. Best sleep of the trip according to my husband. Breakfast room was kept clean and there was a variety of items to chose from.

More signage to make hotel a little more visible, at least for those coming off Hwy 5.

The staff are friendly and respond immediately to any requests or special needs. The breakfast had something for everyone. Nice to have Dove toiletries in the bathroom. We will definitely book them again.

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and less than a 5 minute drive to many more as well as lots of shops. East to find. Comfortable bed, blanket, and pillows. Room was nice and clean. The price was excellent, which was a main concern since we just needed a place to stay overnight after I finished a long day of work and would not have time to enjoy the facilities. We were looking for something cheap and cheerful and this property fit the bill perfectly.

The walls were quite thin so we could hear everything from the rooms around us, including people making phone calls, going to the bathroom, etc. We are both heavy sleepers so it was a non-issue for this trip, however, I don’t think we would come back here with our kids as they need complete silence to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I booked us a room with 3 beds. The picture showed 3 beds side by side. Our room however had 2 separate rooms and a large bathroom, 2 tvs, fridge, microwave and toms of storage spaces. This room has easily been the best room we as a family of 6 have ever stayed in and for a fantastic price!!

There was a ton of yelling from other guests and a dog barking on our floor. BUT that has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with others inability to be aware of others around them.
