Excellent staff service in all areas. Great location, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. My 8 yr old granddaughter & I loved the pool. Good breakfast choices. The room was fresh & very clean. Comfortable bed. I’d definitely book here again as you get good value for the price.

Found the room heater noisy, so kept it off during the night. Towel rack was inside the tub area which is handy for hanging wet bathing suits but would be nice to have a small one by the sink for hand towels.

The hotel is in a great location that's close to restaurants, shops and the ferry. We had a nice room with a balcony that overlooked the water. Having the mini fridge and microwave in the room is very handy and we appreciated the free parking on site. The complementary coffee in the lobby was also very handy. We've stayed here numerous times and have always been happy with our stay. We'll book this hotel again for our next visit.

We booked a room for three people, but there were only two chairs in the room and two chairs on the balcony. One more chair at least on the balcony would have been nice. It'd also be helpful if there was a hook or towel rod near the bathroom sink so there's some place to put your facecloth/hand towel rather than lay it on the counter.

So happy with our stay. Will certainly go back and will also highly recommend it to any of our friends. Breakfast was so much better than we expected. Such an assortment to eat and it was all good. I liked the choice of eating inside or outside. Room was very clean and cool when we walked in. Beds were so comfortable. Loved the deck to sit outside, relax and read a book.

I have no complaints.

Staff were very professional, happy to help and just genuinely friendly. The rooms were really clean and had everything you needed (coffee machine, iron, ironing board, toiletries, good size TV and aircon) For a free breakfast, there were plenty of options and staff were quick to clean to free up tables. The location is close to the marina/shore/ shops. There is a car park on site The WiFi was really good :)

Price - but it was August on Vancouver Island, it was never going to be cheap.

The room was very comfortable and modern. Despite being off a main street and the hotel being relatively busy, we found our room to be nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean. We even had a bit of a view of the water which was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had no issues with the hotel at all. The only thing we struggled with was a lot of the restaurants in the area seemed to be closed (perhaps due to covid or staffing?) which made grabbing a meal a little difficult. So, if you are planning to stay here bear in mind eating out may be tricky- this is likely true of many places right now though.

Rooms - we booked 2 and both were a good size - Beds and pillows were comfortable - looked pretty new Hotel - decent location by the water. - looked pretty new - great breakfast with the room. My family enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and blueberry smoothies. - lots of parking Staff were friendly & helpful

Rooms-the only full length mirror in the room was beside the bed, so the only way to see your whole outfit was to stand on the bed. Weird. Hotel-gym only had 4 machines. The treadmill worked great. The bike and step climber could use an update.

We loved the location. Near the harbour walking distance to restaurants and boat tours. The coffee station near the entrance was a nice treat. We always grabbed a drink when leaving and returning after a long day.

Parking can be an issue at times.

It's still quite a new building, so fresh and welcoming. Spacious room, comfortable.

Unfortunately our room was very near the front lobby and ice machine. A group stood outside with their beverages and smokes, making plenty of noise while we tried to sleep. Perhaps the same group then moved upstairs....lots of loud talking for quite a while. Perhaps a different room would have been more successful for us.

I love how clean it is and central location is great. The ladies in the kitchen in the morning are fantastic and so friendly!

The property doesn’t feel safe with the people on the street all hours of the night.
