Service Plus Inns and Suites

The staff here are fabulous. Very helpful and personable. I have several food allergies which makes taking advantage of the free breakfast an issue- the coffee was great though! My room was quiet and the room air conditioner worked great. The gym could use a bit more equipment if a person is staying longer but I’m guessing that’s not an issue for most guests. This hotel is virtually across the street from the hospital with a paved walking path to get you there. I had a very good stay and would stay here again.

I liked that the location was close to the hospital as that was the reason for my trip. I always enjoy going for a swim in the evenings especially if I have my child with me so we loved that they have a pool with a water slide. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was amazing and always helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had.

Its a little difficult trying to figure out how to get onto and leave the parking lot just with where the building is located and the way the streets are in the area especially if you've never been in the area. The pillows on the beds were a bit too high and I ended up sleeping with my neck bent all night and my child slept without a pillow.

Breakfast was excellent, there were plenty of options. The location is close to facilities. Parking area is massive. I love the fact that I can park my car just close enough to our room where we can see it by the windows. There was a water slide, swimming pool and hot tub as extra bonus for enjoyment!

Really strong pressure of the shower, and water splashed everywhere and wets the floor. The tub stopper was not working at first until we were able to make it work otherwise the tub keeps filling up so fast while you shower. The toiletries was only enough for 1 person though I booked and paid the room for 4. Some staff were not welcoming or friendly, they don't smile or greet you. There were only two staff who spent their time to speak to you, or provide you information (dietary and morning staff at reception). But this won't affect our over all experience. The hotel is still an excellent spot. I will still come back for sure!

WAY above what you would expect from a hotel rated as 2 star! Awesome pool with slide. Refreshments upon entry. Color packet and cup for child. Hot breakfast was incredible. Everything was definitely clean.

The only thing was the bathroom tub was a bit grimy looking. The anti slip was wearing out in the tub and the tub was chipped/rusted (which isn't anything horrible....I'm just a bit of a germaphobe at the best of times and an older tub was all that I noticed.

Everything was great me and my kids had a great stay and the ladies at the front desk were so very friendly. Except the one lady that worked the front desk evening of Sept 4, 2022.

I didnt like that when i called a few hrs after my check out the lady at the front desk the evening of Sept 4 2022 was very rude. I had called to inquire about a bag that was left in the lobby. She was not helpful at all told me right away that nothing was there when it in fact was, as i found out today it was and she never called me back like she had said she would. However the lady that worked today at front desk when i phoned was very helpful. She put me threw to housekeeping and the lady that answered said she remembered the bag as it was full of wet clothes and it was given to front desk yesterday. I am happy the housekeeper lady was so helpful thou but the one lady at front desk needs to treat guest better. She wasnt helpful at all.

I love the cleanliness of the room and the Inn as a whole. I love that there is ice tea and lemon water in the entrance. I love the amazing breakfast they put on in the morning. I love how helpful and friendly the staff is. I love that my room has a coffee bar and a mini fridge and a microwave. I love that you have thought of everything. Robes, chocolate by the bed, an extra blanket in the closet. And if I'm hungry at night, you have snacks I can purchase at a reasonable price.

Nice spacious room on the ground floor (super convenient as we had a dog with us) including a coffee maker and fridge that worked well. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Nice little touches: lemon water and iced tea in the lobby (perfect for a hot day), chocolates in the room. Friendly staff at the front desk when we checked in. Lots of restaurants close by. Across from a large park to walk my dog.

The "room" was huge and had everything you can wish for: kitchen corner, complimentary drinks- hot and cold, lovely bathroom with products, even bathrobes- sadly we had no time to use any facilities... Breakfast really nice, and the person who served us- Kathryn, was so kind and really made us feel welcomed and valued!! Thank you for your hospitality!

The breakfast was fantastic. My kids loved the pool and waterslide. The staff were very friendly and super helpful.

The bathtub in our room could have been a little cleaner. The toilet and sink were great, but the bathtub had a few hairs in it. A bit off putting to be honest.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and the customer service here is by far the best I’ve ever seen. The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond. The hotel was recently updated. The stat was absolutely fantastic

the hotel is a bit far from downtown and the mall but very close to the casino and some stores
