Good location for shopping

They did not clean our room when we asked them too. We left for a day of shopping and called the front desk asking for our room to be cleaned, we needed towels and a lamp was not working. We were told “No problem, your room with be cleaned and we will get someone to look at the lamp for you”. 6hrs later nothing was done, and it was too late housekeeping had gone home….. Not very happy since we were promised it would be done

I love this property! the rooms are massive and they’re super nice! this will always be our go to hotel. they’re gorgeous rooms and the staff are friendly

I have a 1 year old who’s walking and luckily I found a closed razor and clothes before he did, but it seemed to be around the bed maybe it was missed and not picked up but we usually never have this problem. hope everything is cleaned throughly because it wasn’t hidden it was right beside the bed

amazing beds. what is the mattress brand please. large suite with 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and 2 bedrooms was great especially for families.

no ledge or storage area in the bathroom with the king bed. had to put our toiletries in the floor. kitchen was sparsely equipped. have stayed in other hotel suite rooms had much more kitchen stuff. If you know there will be 4 people staying in the room it would be helpful if there were 4 plates, 4 bowls. only 1 soap package for dish washer and only 1 box of kleenex.

called and made arrangements for flowers to be delivered to our hotel room for our anniversary, they agreed to let the delivery guy in so they could place and arrange the flowers. They did not do that….. they called me to ask if they could put the flowers in our room later and ruined the surprise……. what was the point of making arrangements when they can’t follow them, and then call “knowing” it’s supposed be a surprise… was not happy

The liquor selection at the Delta was terrible. All they sold was the mass produced crap. I would have eaten there but the bar options were far less than I expected. I ate some place else. Great looking hotel but the bar menu was poor. They put way more thought into how the place looks and how good the food looked. I can't stay in a Delta location if this is how the bar is run. At least have one or two locally made products. Gees.

It was very clean,comfortable and kitchen supplies and dishes are top quality. Beds were very comfortable. Love the layout of the separate shower,tub bathroom closet:).

Shower floor a little slippery, blinds little confusing to figure out, and the pool was very disappointing that it wasn't available, being serviced

We have stayed here multiple times. We like the full kitchen, huge bathroom area , separate bedroom and underground parking

Maintenance seems to be a bit lacking. We had a strobing kitchen light and paint /drywall needed repair above kitchen backsplash.

The rooms are excellent beds are comfortable and staff is excellent.

The morning we were leaving the elevator was being serviced and we were on the 4th floor. Had to walk the stairs up and down,down and up. Would have been nice to know this was happening so luggage would have been brought down prior to the servicing.

Loved the size of the room how much privacy there was loved that it was affordable as well as family friendly

When we got into our room there were scrabled eggs behind the living room bed. Was disappointed with the cleaning in the room but understood the size of the room it would be easy to miss things

The space was great for me and my children. The room was great .

For the price of the room., There was no pool and no breakfast amenities for a 1 night . Also I had a charge to my credit card which was to be a pre authorization but was a charge, this I find very odd as anywhere else did not have this trouble . Not very pleased with that which Is why I give a poor rating. The cleaning staff was helpful and amazing. The front staff not so much. Just a suggestion , when placing a front desk they should be professional, aware of their job and friendly us a must ..
