1. Very comfortable bed and pillow 2. Good location.at nagaworld casino 3. Serve very nice food at 24 hours restaurant- i always dine at there for lunch n dinner. Asian cuisine 4. At first i step into the room, it was warm and i hardly sleep and i called reception the next morning and immediately they sent their technician team to clean the aircon thoroughly. Room is Very cold after that. 5. Swimming pool staffs were very attentive and keep a lookout at kids when swimming in pool 6. Swimming pool was great as they provide floats.

Nagaworld should put more entertainment for kids. Kids only have swimming pool and in room.tv a lot of news channel. Should have more english n chinese movie.

Smoking area management, people can smoke almost everywhere.

I had food poisoning with food consumed outside Naga ( so, it's not Naga's fault) while I was staying in Naga. I called the front office and very quickly the person who took my call referred me to the in-house clinic. The nurse and doctor were great and the meds given to me made me recover quickly. I have to thank them. Please recognize them for their good work and friendliness. This is what makes Naga a safe place to stay - not just security which is good, but all-round safety. Also, the facilities and casino areas are superb. Every staff members are very friendly. Keep IT UP. I will be back again with my friends.

I loved the hotel, such a high end facility. Loved the interior design. Room had the most amazing view on the city - it was outstanding. Extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, such a great variety of food - loved it. Staff is super helpful and polite and go above any beyond to make the stay a wonderful experience.

I stayed in Naga 2 but the pool and gym were in Naga 1. There is ongoing strike on daily basis either in front of Naga 1 or 2 which makes it hard to leave the hotel as the entrance is locked.

location very modern great casino apart from the smoking, But you can find spots where it’s easier to breathe, get the breakfast included it’s fantastic. overall it’s probably one of the best places to stay. is a bit pricey for everything but great place.

money exchange rates are terrible. only water available to patrons, I must of been spoilt in many casinos on the Mediterranean they give you food soft/local alcohol drinks and cigarettes if your playing. no chance in Cambodia.

The complex was very good with shops youd expect in a high end town or airport in the basement, The room was clean, good value for money with comfy bed and food was average.

Staff hounded you for certain things and did not treat you as a guest. Was constantly followed around trying to sign me up for a casino reward card and was told to delete a video I took of inside. Was not made to feel welcomed.

All was comfortable...rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Food at the pangea2 buffet is exceptionally good

Only a minor irritation. The lifts were dark ...buttons on the panel were worn and dark on dark backing...need torchlight...to press button

The customer service was amazing, very kind and polite staff. The hotel room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had a nice view over looking part of the city. The hotel lobby is very grand, "Iron Man" was on security for one of the days here.

There was a slight musty smell when first checking in, probably from previous smoking guests. This dissipated by the next day (i brought some fabreeze). The security/covid process to enter the hotel can be a little much, but given this is a casino understandable. Woke up to someone climbing up the side of the building to clean the window's.

The property was exactly as billed five class all the way. The staff was wonderful, accommodating as can be. The rooms were on the small side but still adequate and well done. I would definitely recommend this hotel
