ibis Styles Louvain-la-Neuve Hotel and Events

The breakfast was good. There were a dozen of dishes to choose from, but I cannot say that the balance between vegetarian and meat dishes was good enough. Also, there was no hot milk to prepare muesli. The room was clean and small. The staff was friendly and polite.

There was a tea/coffee machine downstairs, but it was not possible to heat water in the room. So, we had to go downstairs each time we wanted hot water. Before the departure, I asked the staff to call for a taxi, but in the morning there was not any taxi. We were afraid of being late and asked again. This situation was not the fault of the staff (I think so), but it was very difficult for us.

Breakfast was adequate. There were sufficient options. Room was generally very clean. Staff courteous and available when required. For the money paid, the hotel is good. They have a small gym, some games like a small pool table and darts.

There could have been more cleanliness (in my case, bathroom door). People smoking in balconies could be a nuisance if you prefer a non-smoking room and the weather is warm. Weather was good when we went, but the property is not air conditioned so in peak summers it might get difficult. They do provide a small fan by default.

Lovely green space around the hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Free refreshments machine. Staff were very helpful & polite. Good breakfast selection.

Our room was very, very hot and we could only ventilate the room by leaving the door for the balcony open, which I didn't really want to do overnight. The breakfast room was awfully hot at 6.45 am even. I do accept the weather was exceptionally hot on the particular weekend. Better ventilation is needed though.

The check in was easy and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Herge Tin Tin Museum.The breakfast was very good.

Would prefer tea and coffee facilities in the room. However there were free hot drinks via a machine just off the foyer, so we're not complaining.

Very good value for money, the rooms are quite small but comfortable, the breakfast is copious, there is also free coffee or tea in the lobby, and lots of parking space...and a nice environment close to the forest.

The sound proofing is not great, we can hear the rooms around (and in particular, if people are on the balcony, we can fully hear them as well).

The hotel location and surroundings were beautiful, so nice to get all the things you need in a hotel in a country setting. Breakfast very nice also.

Night reception staff not very helpful and when arriving late at night from our flight a little rude

Nice surrounding and close access to the forrest, good location, good access easy parking. City center nearby. Staff is friendly. Good breakfast

Toilet is seperated from the bathroom and no door to the bathroom. The room is kinda small.

Location is very quite and the room was clean and the bed, comfortable. I like that they are eco-friendly. Coffee and tea available in the hallway is indeed very convenient 😊 Although there was not a wide array of choices for the warm breakfast, it was good. I was looking forward to having Belgian waffles though.

The heater slightly worked. So our room was chilly. The terrace was not cleaned.

The hotel was located in a pleasant parkland area including tennis court, which was a surprise although we did not use it. The rooms were pleasantly decorated, simple, bright and roomy, The bed was large and comfortable. The dining area was pleasant and the breakfast area charming. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

The weather - not your fault but of course could not then enjoy the parkland area. Other than that nothing.

Close to where I needed to be. Great free breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant.

Walls are thin and could hear neighbors and hallway traffic. Our blinds banged around in the wind and wouldn't close all the way.
