Novotel Leuven Centrum

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the blackout curtains did their job very well. Easy walk from the train station (5-7 minutes) but you can't hear the trains at all. Terrific breakfast. I know they have parking but I didn't have a car so I can't tell you about the parking experience. The town square is about a 10-15 minute walk, not bad at all. The staff were all very friendly.

I don't have any notes. Best hotel I've stayed at in a while.

Room was as expected in that type of hotel with row after row of duplicate hotel rooms like you'd find in a Premier Inn for example. The staff were amazing, checking us in late (due to travel chaos) at 3am! Comfy bed. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food.

There was a constant banging noise coming from outside across the road at a beer factory, I would have expected the windows to be a bit more sound proof but was so tired I fell to sleep regardless.

I liked the 'Sleep' brochure, it was interesting .. .. also the bed was very comfy and I enjoyed the fitness room area

I stayed two nights, only 1Nr. small bottle of water, I had to purchase more downstairs, expensive! The Treadmill had a technical issue, regularly turned off during my workout (blocked message) which was frustrating, I hadn't time to complain

When we went to stay at the hotel, they asked for extra money for the cat. This reason has not been stated before. Of course, we didn't have a chance to object at night time. The parking place is not detailed in the introduction. We searched for parking at night. a place we do not know, maybe we were punished.

We were over for the zythos beer festival and we stayed here for the night. We didn't use all facilities as we came back late and went to bed. I really reccomend this place, beds are comfy, distance from train station is very little Easily stay again

Our 2 single weren't made on arrival. However, we mentioned this to reception and within 10 minutes all was resolved and the man at desk was more then accommodating and fixed the problem with no issues. Can't fault them for it. 10/10

Super friendly staff, great customer focus. Breakfast was very good and again here the staff was very friendly , willing to help . Bed was super comfy. My sons beds weren`t as comfy as mine (added beds in the room).

Lack of street parking around the hotel and the hotel rate for parking was 12 euro whether you stay 2 hours or 24 hours.

Friendly check in and out, nice amount of space for our family with two adjoining triple rooms, convenient to both KU Leuven and train station, very quiet, clean

Small signs of wear and tear on bedding and flooring. Across from the Stella Artois factory and there was often quite the odor outside- it never permeated the room.

Location for Bus/Trains & Restaurants is very good

The Steam Room didn't seem to work; also the cost of Water is very expensive- only 1 33CL bottle in the room for 2 nights is not sufficient. . . . perhaps a water fountain in your Gymnasium area would assist me as I generally use those facilities

We loved the location, the beds and their arrangements (1 queen for us parents, two twins for the kids), and that we could charge our electric car in the hotel carpark. Also, the staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, knowledgable, and efficient.

There was not much to dislike. If we had to mention something, it would be that the room was a bit cozier (smaller) than we expected, but still very practical for our family which includes two young teenagers.

Nice and cozy room, yet modern. The lighting was well thought and made the room quite comfortable. They have a lot of extra pillows which is always a nice touch. Good shower.

There were not too many toilet amenities and the tv did not have many channels. For the rest it was a very nice experience not many negative points.
