Emu Point Motel

It's our first time travelling to Albany, but we didn't feel like the first time. It feels that we are at home comfy and cozy. We can make food we want with the kitchenette their provided it. And the best thing that their provide us with milk in the fridge. It's beautiful surroundings. Kids loved it seeing the bunnies come out from the reserve around the surroundings and in front of our garden view. We'll come again next time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Checking in & out was hassle free. The location was ideal for us. My husband & I shared our room with my elderly parents comfortably. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the essentials. The little extras the motel supplied such as biscuits, 1 liter milk, grinded coffee & plunger were very much appreciated! You can see wild rabbits (very cute!) around the property at night!

Walls were abit thin, the room next door had children and kept bumping the wall.

Late checkin, we were driving from Perth after work and we needed something where we could check-in any time. Location is really good as it is close to emu point and to the center, and it is very quite, we didn't ear any noise coming from the road. It was comfortable and clean, big shower and little kitchenette. We spend 3 nights there, as we were in Albany for a wedding and we were happy with our accomodation.

Walls are very thin, and if you want have a sleep in, it might be a little hard as people are very noisy in the morning. The temperature of the water in the shower was all over the place.

It was very easy to find and checking in and out was very easy. I liked that their was everything you need for cooking basic meals and cleaning up after yourself was easy with the broom, dustpan and brush in the wardrobe. The provided soap, shampoo and conditioner came in handy because I forgot to pack mine. Also the extra beach towels were very thoughtful!

I didn’t like that the walls were very thin, it made sleeping impossible when the neighbours were talking and walking around their room. The room also had white tiles which were always getting footprint marks, so it would have been a bit better if there was a mop provided so you don’t have to worry to much about the tiles getting messy especially with children coming in and out from playing outside. Also the beds have wheels with no breaks so they were always moving around banging against the wall.

It's well located near Oyster Harbour and the ocean , you need a car to get to the neatest supermarket ; but being away from the busy central part of the city suited us fine . ALBANY & the surrounding countryside is a lovely area to visit. The Venice restaurant offers very good meals and service . Very popular make sure you book a table , also you can BYO wine & drinks

The room had everything you need. Cooking facilities, plates, cups, utensils etc. Tea, coffee, full carton of milk instead of those tiny pods AND biscuits! All bathroom supplies, towels and a set of towels just for the beach. The Motel was full but still quiet. Easy after hours check in. The shower was very roomy and the water pressure was good. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and looked as if it had been recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped with a good sized fridge. The bed was large and very comfortable and a good sized room. Quiet location near to the beach.

Nothing that we disliked, but the room could do with some power points near the TV and bedside cabinets.

It was close to the beach There was everything you needed to make a stay pleasurable. Staff were very helpful and met some lovely people Would definitely recommend if friends or family were ever out that way

That there was no shops or amenities close by if you needed any essentials, but wouldn't put me off staying again. That was the only downside

Very well organised hotel, beds are very confortable, the room - kitchen and bathroom included - was clean (as always, it was the 3rd time we came in 4 years). Easy place to stay to enjoy Albany and the coast.

Miss bigger pans for cooking

Quite comfortable Alittle out of town But when found my way around the town was closer than I thought The back roads made it a lot easier to get around And quicker As the locals said It,s spread around Had a wonderful time on the Kalgam cruise A must do if you do if you go to Albany Captain Jack has the most amazing knowledge of the area and whats more he has extra jackets for The person who thought it was going to be a sunny hot day and wasn't Thank youCaptain Jack Recommend the whole Albany experience Hotel and staff very friendly and helpful
