It was a bit noisy

we’ve stayed here a couple of times due to the central location to the Main Street. and close to a highly rated restaurant in town- Elements.

always fine when we stay. the paper in the room to write down what you had from the minibar didn’t include water bottles so we assumed the water was free. and previous times they have been. when we checked out we had a call later that day to request we pay for the water (happy to) however there wasn’t a space on the minibar paperwork for the water but had the wine, beer and snacks mentioned on there. so I would suggest in future to put water on that document or everyone will assume water is free just like the carton of milk in the fridge is.

Room was big, clean and bed was comfortable. Location is right in the town center, but a very nice 20 minutes stroll to the beach.

Even though we paid in full for our accommodation on arrival, but the receptionist held a deposit for what he called it towards theft and breakage. They sort of treating you as a thief or a dishonest person, but I know where they are coming from because yes, some guests help themselves and steal or break things and don't report it to the reception. The problem is they charged our credit card a deposit and they said they will hold it in their bank account for 2 weeks and not sure why? In fact, they can just send someone to check your room on departure and get an instant result that nothing is missing from the room or (minibar they compulsory provide in the room). So they don't have to hold that type of deposit. The end of the story that all went well and we were happy being there!!!

Great family room. We have 2 teenagers and 1 almost teenager and they love this room. A room for them to "escape" from parents. So close to everything we hardly drove anywhere. Beds really comfortable and linen is high quality and very clean.

Only minor things which need Maintenance. Bathroom sink took forever to drain, 10min +, fridge was missing bottom door shelf (broken) so could not stand up a small carton of milk. Seemed more humid than when we have stayed in the past but it is above industrial laundry which is probably why. But easily fixed by turning on air conditioning. We have stayed in past so know about laundry and it lets you know re laundry in description. Last few times we stayed there was a lamp in corner of lounge area which was great as main light is very bright. It was missing this time and even we were shocked by difference this made.

Easy to find,clean , comfortable.

Purchase online a " special " but on arrival told that this deal was only for upstairs. Clarity in advertising would be a good idea. We had to pay an extra $38 dollars for the privilege of staying downstairs. Parking we difficult and parks not numbered. Staff were somewhat elusive.

Lots of parking spaces. A brilliant and amazing restaurant downstairs, try to book ahead as its well worth it. Good location in town, pretty central to everything. Friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

There was a spa in the upstairs room where we stayed in, but they are glitchy and they advised they don't advertise them as usable. Which was a little disappointing. There weren't any plates or cutlery to cook toast. There wasn't much hot water when we went to shower at night, and no hot water at all in the morning. No door between the bedroom and lounge room area.

The bed was comfortable

Cobwebs in the bathroom. I was showering with a spider. The car space we were in room 20 the car park wasn't big enough for our Ute coffee cups could of been bigger also could hear the people in the rooms around us.

Hi, Staff super friendly on our arrival and very informative. I would say the room was lovely and clean but I did think it would be a bit larger. Location was amazing, and was close to everything for us. Felt very safe and was very quiet. I needed a fork and knife and it was closing time for the reception and they were more that happy to get me one as well. Bathroom and toilet were separate which was awesome. Space in the bathroom was very limited but was very nice, shower was really spacious. Shower head was very high up so not too sure why that was. Bed was a bit on the hard side but that was just us. They had a spare blanket in the room just in case we needed it.

The bed was a little hard for us but as I said that was just us and everyone is different Space in the bathroom was very limited Shower head was super high up but I am only a shorty so for tall people it will be great.

everything was great and the SPA was awesome!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. We locked our key in our room and received a replacement without any problems. Great location near shops. Decent sized room with bathroom, tv's, desk, lounge area, fridge and coffee facilities.

everything was great. Completely happy.

Close to city for what I needed

The toilet didn't flush the higher price and not knowing a bond amount before arrival and that there was one plus with the higher price but I do understand it's the holidays but still too high considering I got a cheaper place in Melbourne cbd the next day for $100 less and only a $1 bond
