Comfort Inn Greensborough

The large 54m2 room with spa. Plenty of room for an 8 night stay to spread out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV was replaced with another when the remote failed to work with the wall mounted TV. A heater was supplied when the aircon unit had a problem. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.

People smoking outside where the smoke would come through the gap under the door. A very busy road when entering and leaving the motel.

Older style motor inn with plenty of parking (for a small car, not large). On opening the door, I found an immaculately clean room that smelt great and had an updated interior (special kudos for the split system AC on the wall). The bed was probably one of the most comfortable motel beds I've slept in. The location was very convenient for my stay as I needed easy and quick access to Warringal Private Hospital in Heidelberg.

Traffic noise outside from the Greensborough highway running past the property. Not something the motel can do much about, I'm from a regional area and not used to lots of traffic noise. Probably more my issue than theirs.

Fast and easy checkin. Looks like we were upgraded to a spa room at no cost which was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable. Easy parking just outside the room.

Door safety latch was installed in a way which made the door stick when closing. This wasn't a serious issue and would be easy to rectify. A bit of traffic noise, but given proximity to a busy road it was no worse in this regard than would be expected at the price.

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room, easy access. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample room, comfortable. Great for a overnight stay and close to Melbourne.

One bedside light didn't work, couple of downlights didn't work.

Spa was out of order Pool was green No Foxtel as advertised No breakfast room as advertised Chairs in room uncomfortable and coverings were split. Needed lounge chair in addition to bed

I liked that there was a large spa bath in the actual room, and they gave you enough towels for both shower and spa. Bed was comfy and didn't hear much from neighbours

The spa was sunken and was difficult to get in and out but was awesome and deep

The price was reasonable The room and facilities were clean The staff were really friendly

The curtain was torn, as well as the bathroom fixtures. Needs an upgrade The bed was comfortable but the centre bed leg was broken so it sunk in the middle

Good location. Adequate accommodation. Most importantly so was allowed to bring my fog.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The hot water on the shower took a very long time to come through. It was good when it did.

Air conditioner didn’t appear to be working as it should. Made a few strange noises at start so turned it off.

The location was great, Staff were friendly and helpful.
