Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley

Our stay was truly exceptional. The level of customer service and meticulous attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday, a slumber party with some friends. The dedicated staff left balloons, chocolates, and a thoughtful card in her honor upon our arrival. Every encounter with the staff was marked by warmth and courtesy. The room we stayed in was immaculate, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room service exceeded our culinary expectations, and the buffet breakfast was equally delightful. The children had a wonderful time in the pool, and its shallow depth made it worry-free for our daughter and her friends, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional efforts made to create a truly memorable birthday celebration for my daughter. Hygienic and spacious space to stay, with many amenities. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Great location close to large shopping centre and many delicious local eateries. Very convenient and spacious pick up area outside for drop off/pick ups.

During the late hours, there were minimal staff on during this fully booked / concert time, therefore service was compromised and requests not fulfilled in a timely manner. Please ensure adequate staff are available at reception in order to cater for the large requests. Thank you

We really enjoyed our recent one night stay at Novotel Glen Waverley, the room was modern and the beds were comfortable. We had a quiet room on Level 2. The pool facilities were clean and the water was warm. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was high quality and plentiful. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and late checkout. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the same building as some restaurants, Village Cinemas and Strike Bowling, with numerous restaurants also in the street outside, and The Glen Shopping Centre within 10 minutes walk.

Complimentary parking would have been appreciated instead of the $25 fee.

Location, location, and location.. The staff and the room service were excellent. The train station was just a short walk away. Hence, the city was just below 40 mins away. We were surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The shopping mall was less than a 10 minute walk too..

There was only one dryer and a washer for the entire hotel. If they could install another set, it would have been great. Another thing is that the detergent packet is too small. If you could double the size or increase it by 50%, things would be perfect.

Good sized room, queen bed, good quality furnishings, big tv, well equipped bathroom, separate couch, double glazed windows and good airconditioning. Excellent restarunt - Indian - asian food avaible in the evening. Extensive breakfast offerings. Location in Glen Waverley suited our requirements but might be out of the way for some people depending on the location they needed.

Location location and location.The staff was great. Train station was 5 mins away, and so was the shopping mall. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes catering to various tastes.

For the size of the hotel, it only has one washer and dryer. They could add one set more. For the price of the detergent the hotel charges, the packet is way too small.

location and staff were so very helpful

the rooms did not provide a toaster only a kettle. all other hits ls have a kettle and toaster in the rooms. I found the breakfast too expensive especially when staying for a week. The gym facilities especially y that we are still in covid you required some wipes with some spray disinfectant. I found it very unusual there was no precaution/signage about wiping the equipment down after use

Breakfast was awesome, beds were super comfy, so clean and nice. I actually booked into the novotel 30mins before I checked in, was at different motel and it was filthy. So glad I stayed at the novotel instead!

Pricing is a little high particularly for 1 night. If I can afford to stay there I prefer to, but sometimes it's just a little too much money and I have to opt for cheaper accomodation.

Great Hotel, Clean and Tidy, Friendly Staff, Great Location and the Buffett Breakfast was nice.

Please remove the showers in the bath tubs, they are so squashy, hard for someone with back issues and feet issues to get into and the shampoo and conditioner trays are put in such a horrible spot. Air Con also needs to be controlled room by room as it got hot in there, lastly a room safe is needed as we had no where to lock any of our belongings.

Great location, the selection of places to eat in and around was wonderful! We had breakfast, also lovely and to be honest, the staff were most helpful in every way - nothing was too much of an ask. Value for money at a time when everyone is trying to make the most of what we have, so thank you.

Our room was very comfortable but a little tight with 2 double beds, a really small thing though given all we did was sleep in the room!
