Overall great stay, great location in the M City Shopping Centre. Location of hotel was second to none, entry and reception area in hotel is very pleasant. Staff were very welcoming also. Room was very comfortable, amenities were all provided & near new. Everything you needed was provided. Security was very good, lock up all the parking areas and hotel. Overall definitely would recommend.

Overall very minor items to be quite honest, parking and leaving your car somewhere was difficult to navigate. Small fee may be applied but not a concern for me as you park underground. Very safe. Other than that no concerns.

I have loved staying at the Park Royal Monash. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and it is so quiet so you can sleep well. The shower is great as well.

I arrived very late at night from a long international flight and requested a late check out the following morning. I was happy to be told I could have until noon. Unfortunately, housekeeping woke me at 10am asking when I was checking out and then an hour later, reception rang to remind me that check out time had passed and asked when I was leaving. When I got to the Reception desk to check out at half eleven, I was told I could stay until twelve. Just let me out of here!!! I am going!! Also, a bottle of water in the mini-bar fridge would be most welcome.

Staff were friendly and helpful, kitchen staff happily reheated baby food for us, room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent, with a chef on-hand to cook things not on the buffet, when an issue with the room was raised, the staff sent up a fruit platter as an apology.

Housekeeping needs to improve, food and drink were left in the fridge from the previous guest, the floors need a good vacuum and/or dry-clean, there was fluff, animal hair and dried food/drink splatters on it. One of the hand basins was blocked with food that a previous guest had tipped down it, one of the door handles to the bathroom was loose and there was dried crud on multiple surfaces in the bathroom. I get that there's a lot of rooms to get to, with limited staff and time, but with the cost and quality of the rooms, there needs to be more focus on making sure the rooms are up to standard.

I always stay here when in Melbourne and until something happens to change that it will always be my first choice. It's because the bed and pillows are comfortable, the airconditioning is quiet and easy to operate, the water pressure is excellent, the rooms are large and light. I like that it is above a shopping centre for anything I might need and I also feel safe as a woman travelling alone this is important to me. It's very easy to park right next to the basement lift for easy and safe access.

I would like to see a mini bar so when I arrive late at night there are some snacks and cold drinks available. I would also like fresh milk but this is probably a big ask. Also would choose a room at the rear of the hotel in future as I could hear the trucks at night this stay, not a massive thing but that will be my preference moving forward.

The room was comfortable, and it had a nice view. You can access an external gym and swimming pool, and the accommodation is on top of a shopping mall (although very limited stores are there).

The first day, I was in my room laying on the bed, and suddenly a housekeeping lady stepped in without knocking, even though I had the "do not disturb" signal. The location is only good if you need to go to Monash University or something specific around the hotel. For a tourist will not be a good location since transportation to the city center is not straightforward.

I love the location and that it sits above a food court and major super markets and Kmart for anything you might forget to bring. I also like that no matter what time you arrive the concierge is there to greet you. As I often travel alone for work and can arrive late in the evening I feel extremely safe in this hotel. It is also beautifully appointed, everything works, the beds are so comfortable and I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Melbourne

This is super critical, however, I like the idea of the gym on site, what I didn't know is that they have a limited number of passes that they can hand out at any one time, so you find yourself waiting for someone to leave so you can go. When you're ready to go to the gym, you want to go not hang around. This was a bit of an issue, that said, now I know I won't rely on it

The room was immaculate, clean bed linen and bathroom. Very friendly staff and they all were helpful. The hotel is located in very close proximity to shops and food outlets which was convenient. I used the local gym services offered through the hotel which was a nice way to unwind.

very helpful staff, selection at breakfast was excellent, the building is very new only about 8 months complete. very clean and beds were very comfortable. would definitely book here again as the area suited us.

My sister and I travelled for 2 nights to be close to Monash Hospital. We loved the view as we were lucky enough to be on the top floor overlooking the city lights, the quality fixtures and fittings, the spaceous rooms, the service and communication were also great. We enjoyed in-room dining and the food was delicious.

The accommodation actually exceeded our expectations and we were offered a discount. We have actually booked again already. The staff were also very accommodating so we actually can't fault it.

I was visiting Monash university, so it was close enough for me (maybe 15 minutes to campus). But the location in Melbourne itself is not good, very far from anywhere you want to be (arguably the fault of the university, not the hotel). I really liked the room, spacious and comfortable. Very clean and bed was nice and soft with plenty of pillows.
