McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments

Spacious room with good facilities - well presented and maintained. My ‘accommodation of choice’ when I travel to McLaren Vale. Compact full kitchen, laundry facilities in bathroom. Good pressure hot water.

I’m short (152cm / 5’ ) and had difficulty reaching dishes in the overhead cupboards. No way I could reach anything that was in the clothes drier without climbing on a chair (I didn’t do that). “Breakfast included” was a waste of money for me as I don’t eat any of the foods provided.

Everything went well. Easy to come and go. Staff awesome. Quiet location. In walking distance to Carmel`s Café Bar and Grill, which is superb by the way. Rooms clean, neat and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. Aircons to heat up the rooms at night.

I can`t really add anything here except, it is a shame you do not have a restaurant on sight. Maybe your pool could be heated. It looks great. Tempting to go for a swim, shame it is too cold. These are things that could be better but nothing I can say about not liking anything.

There was plenty of space inside the room. Shower instantly hot and high volume nozzle. Premises easy to access from the road and major highway. Iron was faulty and the staff were able to immediately replace the device. Staff were excellent in knowledge of their local region and what it has to offer.

Microwave was positioned above a fridge but it wasn't aligned so the door could be opened without hitting the top of the fridge. You had to lift the microwave with one hand and open the door so it wouldn't scrape the fridge.

The room was clean had smoking areas well labeled the spa was nice and big room was not to squeezey staff was helpful and gave us a map on places to visit the car park was very clean as well and not far at all from r room

We paid for colourful lights around the spa that wasn't working and not discount on the room due to r lights not working we paid for two days for breakfast and they only game is breakfast on the 1st day but not the 2nd day plus r chromecast didn't work because the room had a limt to Wi-Fi if u offer free Wi-Fi why put a limt on the room

Room was a good size, bed comfortable and location perfect for what we needed. We had a wedding at Lloyd Brothers, so location was perfect.

While the room was a good size, we felt it was a little tired and in need of a bit of an update. We realise you can't control the birds, but the noise they make in the morning is extremely annoying.

The room was very spacious, the spa bath excellent . The bed was very comfortable, the location is a short walk down to eating areas. Breakfast was provided in room , quite substantial. We definitely will come back. Mclarenvale is a little gem, lots of walks around the town and good assortment of eateries.

The room was very comfortable and spacious in a convenient location. The staff were excellent and kindly managed changes to my booking during my stay without issue. I'll be glad to stay there again when next I'm in McLaren Vale.

I thought it will be just a simply motel when I was make a booking as we couldn’t find the place to stay for our trip just 1 night on that weekend. But when we got to the room everything was excellent! Beyond our expectations from just the motel. Specially bed & pillows are so comfy, shower is great and have all facilities you needs. Great breakfast bar provide, better than some 5 stars hotel.

The pool with free pool towels to use were very handy. There were loads of sun beds to choose from too. The location was excellent, we were right in the heart of the town near restaurants and cafes and the local wineries. The room was huge for a motel! We had two showers and a jacuzzi bath in our room, a big king size bed and two recliner leather couches. The room had all utensils, cups and glasses and was extremely clean. I’d highly recommend!

It was a little bit outdated but definitely wouldn’t knock it for that!

Fantastic and modern. It was just what we needed for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us. A very easy check in/out room had good views, felt private and intimate.

On the further side of town, a little walk but not bad, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking at exploring on foot the whole time but it is doable
