Mostly, everything was great

I turn off the A/c before going out, once I return the place smelt terribly. When there, A/c running for 30 mins and back door open would solve the problem. 2.Water tastes terrible, a water bottle machine would be fantastic please, I had to walk 3 blocks for a convenience store - it was very hot weather .im in my late 60's....

Good location, clean hotel and room with helpful reception. We wre able to access local breakfast at Peter Rabbit, and could walk or tram to the Rail Station to undertake a scenic Torrens River cruise on the popular 'Popeye'. After which we went to the Sky City Casino Hotel to enjoy champagnes on the roof-top bar, overlooking the river, golf courses and the outstanding Adelaide Oval with it's curves walking bridge.

When we booked the BreakFree hotel we were not sure of what to expect being located on Hindley Street west. However we were suitable impressed with the standard experienced of amenities, staff, and room presented.

Good location, and it was great that the car park height is high, so we can actually fit our vehicle. The bed was comfy. And considering the location, the noise was very minimal. Great cafes nearby too for brekky.

The site says that you have parking available which is great. But what it fails to mention is that it is $19/night. And even when I enquired as to what height the car park was, there was still no forthcoming with the cost. It wasn't till I parked, and checked in that I was informed. Also, a cost for wifi? Surely this day and age, we dont have to pay for it. I haven't stayed at a place in a long time that has had to pay for wifi.

the location for the purpose of our journey was to visit the hospital and it was a less than 5 minute easy walk.

* Missing the Tv in the bedroom - (if people don't like a tv in the bedroom they have a choice by not turning it on - but if there is no tv in the bedroom, you do not have a choice, you just cannot turn it on if you would like to watch it in bed) and * PAYING FOR PARKING - this should be included as part of your stay for choosing to stay at this property.

location, walking to restaurants, shopping. 5mins walk to Hindley St - adult entertainment area - we stay away during nite but has police station to keep order. staff friendly parking under building always avail - need to pay abt $18 per day. got a fridge and washing m/c, dryer, can cook if want to. we had a room in quiet corner.

2nd room got no aircond - but air cond avail in living area and 1st room is sufficient. rooms are tiny, just enuf space for a queen bed, hardly any space to fit luggages. carpets are not vacuum in detail ie. dust visible in some corners - but overall cleanliness is ok. we missed out on using swimming pool becos uni was closed on new year - affiliated to nearby university facilities.

great location friendly staff easy to locate

noisy on Saturday nights lots of yelling & noisy guests coming & going - lots of guests slamming doors at all hours - not really a place for relaxation - had people staying directly opposite who were drinking smoking & yelling at each other on & off all weekend- building was behind a remand centre and I feel like some guests may have been visiting family who were remanded - no a fault of the hotel at all but just as advice if other guests were expecting a nice quiet place to stay it may or may not be the case depending on other guests nearby

The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious. Very nice patio area. Big parking area. Staff are very polite. Nice full kitchen to cook in with laundry facilities in the bathroom/toilet

You have to pay extra for the internet, TV was very, very basic( no smart TV, YouTube,Netflix ect) which was very surprising this day and age and had to pay a deposit. The view could have been better but not much can do ( Adelaide Remand Centre)

The staff were absolutely lovely (shoutout to Gary - you are a gem!), provided us a free upgrade to a 2bdr apartment. Apartment was fantastic, very clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Adelaide

The main lift in reception was under maintenance, however this was very well communicated to us and did not present any inconvenience at all. The staff were super accommodating.

Centrally located and spacious apartment. Had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Air con was powerful enough to keep the apartment nice and cool when it hit 40c+ on the days we were in Adelaide. This is our third time staying here and we are overall very satisfied with the services offered. Reasonably priced paid parking was an added bonus.

Nothing really

Very comfortable, a lot of space, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. I spent more time in this room than I usually do in hotels when traveling as I wasn't totally well and it was a perfect place to relax during the day. Location was perfect for the gigs I was playing.

The location is great for going out but that also means that the street can be a bit dodgy - first night there were a couple guys right outside the door screaming about wanting to fight someone (this was about 2am). Some of this makes its way into the complex as well because people stay at this hotel so they can go out clubbing and they are not all quiet when they come back. I didn't feel unsafe or anything but expect the occasional drunken shout during the night
