No rubbish bin provided, in the bath room No rubbish bin provided in the kitchen. and the rubbish they did provide, was the rubbish about they only take cash, which is totally wrong, my friends gave me the cash and it was paying my part on my card, and giving cash for the other two. But No you would not except that, well I should of not agreed to that, and just put down the cash and you would have to except it. But my friend said look if you don't have enough on your debit card, give me the cash and I will pay the whole lot on their card. So this should not have been something that we had to agree on,. Cash or Card should be accepted.

Our hostess Richelle was amazing. I had a medical episode on the Thursday afternoon and she went above and beyond her call of duty in assisting my fiance and calling an ambulance. She came to the room after and checked up and bought new towels etc. We were very grateful for her help and support and when we spoke the next day she told us that she was quite stressed. Thank you once again from Gina and Wayne.

Reasonably priced and spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a great location within a short walking distance to the beach and close to shops and cafes. Undercover car park was also provided. The supermarket was also just a short drive away. There was also a pool for the kids to swim in.

The shower in the en-suite was almost useless, letting only the tiniest trickle of water flow out despite being turned on full. You could barely get wet. However, this was a relatively minor issue as the rest of the apartment was very good.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was lovely - heaps of room, beds were comfy and other than the flood not being mopped(it was vaccumed) it was pretty much perfect 👌

The floor wasn't mopped so there was stuff on the floor and your feet got dirty after walking barefoot but other than that there wasn't anything I didn't like 😀 I will add that we stayed in a fantastic room but we travelled for a footy carnival and had 4 other families stay here too and the other rooms weren't as nice - no aircons in the bedrooms, one had a couch they found dirty. So really make sure you ask for a renovated room(ours was unit 3) or my review of 8 won't be applicable 😉

Loved how spacious the apartment was. Great shower heads with plenty of water pressure!

The floors left my feet dirty so a mop would've been handy in the apartments. The washing machine wouldn't spin. The bed was a little soft for my back. The floor tiles were drummy throughout when you walk on them and the apartment could do with a paint. The outside stairs and balcony need a good gurney.

Friendly staff, good facilities. The size of the rooms were good, good kitchen, beds a bit soft but we slept very well. The location is great, close to the shops and bus stop.

We had to ask for an extra bed and it wasn't so comfortable. There was a leakage problem in our bedroom, however, the staff promptly called a plumber to check. No cleaning during the stay.

Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Very close to town centre and beach. Very comfortable beds.

Is a bit out dated in need of a few updates like tap washers needed to be replaced. New frypans that have flat bottoms to sit on the stoves would be great, too. The oven and dishwasher need to be cleaned properly. It would be nice if there was air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The units were very spacious with comfortable facilities!Pool area was very clean!

One of the units kitchen utensils(glasses mainly) did not accommodate the guests(5). On the 2nd visit, the tree bedroom unit ( nxt to reseption) was very dirty! Floors, kitchen area had not been cleaned, utensils still in the dishwasher, furniture smelly and torn. It was not worth the money we paid! Very dissapointing compared to our 1st visit!

I liked I could do our washing. Nice and spacious. Unit was clean. Great shower heads with plenty of water pressure and spacious. Staff in the office was very lovely, very helpful and understanding. Communication was great.

The units are a little out dated and the cost for a night is a little high considering we stayed at Club Croc for cheaper per night. Dryer was not cleaned.

Everything was amazing, clean very comfortable beds. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Henry the cat was a bonus ❤️as we loved the morning visits and pats from him. Apartments had everything you need from oven to washer and dryer. Short walk to the water and lovely cafe the fat frog ! We can wait to stay there again , we highly recommend you stay there.
