Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

The entire staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The room I had was very big. King size bed was so comfortable and I have a fused back. The food was very very good. I was there for my husbands open heart surgery at the VA hospital. It was 923 feet away. Very confident and well affordable. Plus, they have their own Van to take you places. I will recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was nice. Location was a quick shuttle drive to get downtown which was very convenient. Accommodating to have our group in connecting rooms as well. The breakfast was much better than most hotels we've stayed at with lots of options so that was refreshing to see.

Check-in took a while, but the staff member seemed to be new so we were understanding. There is very limited parking available, 1 spot per room, so that complicates things when group members are coming from different areas and need to find parking around the area.

The thing I liked the most was the awesome breakfast, one of the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. And you could even eat outside. They have a big buffet and good coffee. Room was nice and comfy too.

Breakfast staff ripped plate out of my hand. Pretty rude. Other guests were all there for medical treatment, not a nice theme to have for a vacation but they were all nice.

Nice staff member checked us on and recommended the hotel's restaurant. We didn't have much time, and the staff went above and beyond to deliver. Nice breakfast, too. There's a fancy coffee machine, which was a plus and above average breakfast. Location to campus was the reason we chose this hotel.

The room was a little musty smelling. Near the hospital, so a bit noisy.

Well the hotel was great, front desk, awesome people, housekeeping not so much, we found a dirty sock on the floor/carpet, tells me housekeeping isn't doing their job and in the photos it showed bars for the handicap on the toilet, but no suck luck, difficult with a healing 3 way break, but overall, breakfast, dinner, hospitality, awesome!! I'd stay again

the location was great, breakfast was awesome for a hotel breakfast, friendly staff and the rooms were nice and clean. Definitely my favorite Madison hotel I’ve been to yet, will be back!

the rooms are more narrow than most hotels! like one person could walk around a bed at a time! bathroom has a sliding door which looks nice and modern but everyone in the room can hear what you’re doing.. the parking lot is kind of tight, but we were always able to find a spot.

I didnt like the price I pay through booking.com Over $200. I checked out and rebook the next day at the front desk and was able to get the room for $109. Sometimes the third party is not always cheap

Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool temp was perfect!! Breakfast was delicious, too. We had a great stay. Thank you!

There was a long line for the lobby elevator when we arrived. It would've been nice if someone had said there's a second elevator.

Dennis the shuttle driver was wonder. He was very kind and inviting. Breakfast was good, some salsa would be a nice addition.

Pillows are terrible. Made our first night very uncomfortable, but better after that when we requested additional pillows.

Very clean, staff was friendly, conveniently located to UW Hospital. Complementary breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Rooms are small but it was perfect for us and our stay.
