Stratford Suites Spokane Airport

The customer service from the staff was outstanding.A booking error by me was quickly and graciously fixed by the desk representative. A safety tip shared with me was greatly appreciated.The cleanliness of the 2 bedroom unit was excellent.

Had difficulty with Wi-Fi streaming for the televisions in main room and bedroom . Frustrating but not a deal breaker for me. The shower head needed to be replaced in the bathroom was an issue. A normal maintenance issue that can affect your customer’s morning preparation is more than a nuisance. Still I will be returning to stay in the coming months. I missed the recliner but realize it needed to be updated. It always gives the customer an alternative for sleeping upright due to medical/comfort reasons.

Exactly like pictured. Staff was friendly and very home like feel to it. Loved our stay!

Needs a little more parking. We had a spot but it was close quarters due to the fact that other drivers are unable to park correctly. This is not the property's fault but if there was additional parking, maybe there might have been a spot available without having to park so close to inept drivers who bang their doors into you.

handicapped parking, even though we parked to where the loading space was on the side of the handicapped person the spaces are so small that one person parked over the line causing the other car that was on the other side of the handicapped loading space to park halfway into the loading space so we had a little trouble loading our handicapped passenger into the car. so I would say the parking lot!!!

We did not have breakfast but the staff was efficient the space was larger than I expected and had excellent amenities

My rooms were not together the were in the same building but not next or across from each other

The space was amazing, clean, neat and had many useful utilities, including pots and pans. Made it feel real homey

The only thing was the television had its issues. But it wasn't used that often enough to really matter. We had a laptop and a console available that we brought so no biggie on my part.

What started out as an overnight ended up being 8 due to illness.

The first suite we were in was spotless. The second not so much. It obviously hadn’t been vacuumed and there were black hand prints on doors and jambs. Also there was no stopper for the bathroom sink. Mugs needed to be washed as they were stained. We were made to move next door to a mirror image suite, with no notice, when we were ill and it was more energy than either of us had. The shower heads could use a good soak in CLR so they flow better.

The kitchen was great. I had asked for 1 room with queen and got 2 so the price was a bit more than i had hoped for. We are dealing with a medical family issue and budget is essential. So it colored our stay or we might have enjoyed even more. So stay was only ok.

The cost and the staff were stiff. Not as friendly and welcoming as we are accustomed to. It was weird in some senses!

I always enjoy having a bedroom and a sitting room as well as a kitchen.

I've stayed here many times in the past years. It has slowly gotten a bit in need or repair. Last time our room was dirty. This time my room the toilet seat was loose and the shower half of the water went down the drain the other half out the shower head. This place is still a nice place to stay but wish they would take better care of the rooms.

Frank’s & Woofies for breakfast, both very good! Rusty Moose for dinner, service was good, food was fish & chips and not very good, especially for the price which was more than we thought should be for what we got!

The fish, they were over cooked.

Each suite is like a furnished apartment. I love that it’s close to restaurants, shopping, the airport & just a few minutes from Northern Quest Casino. it’s nice for short or extended stays since there a full size fridge, a stove & microwave.

The only negative I found was the knifes in the drawer were not very sharp making cutting food up a tad difficult.
