The room was small but I was expecting that since we paid for the most basic room. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was extremely clean as well.
We stayed on a Friday night for the Shania Twain concert. Management dropped the ball on the restaurant. There wasn't enough staff and it was extremely busy. We were seated and we got up and left after 20 minutes because we didn't receive any water or a menu. You would think that knowing there was a big concert 2 blocks away they would be prepared. We ate there for breakfast in the morning. Also only 1 person working. She was waitress, bartender, and busser. She worked her bottom off and got great tip. Luckily we weren't in a hurry to leave because it did take a while to get food and drinks. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in were awesome!

These rooms are spacious, especially in the bathroom. Big counters for my wife to lay out her hair and makeup accessories! The food in the restaurant is good quality and the general vibe of this hotel is relaxed, probably due to its size inside and the various wings. It's not loud at all even when very busy. It's also very close to many downtown amenities and activities, and within easy walking distance of the convention center and arena. You're right beside the river, so walking across to get to downtown is immediately enjoyable and lovely, even in the summer heat.
The only negative I could note is the limited availability of seating for everyone at breakfasts when the hotel is quite busy, but even then, the line waiting for tables moved quickly because the kitchen and serving staff brought out food and cleared tables very efficiently.

Hotel was clean, modern, very comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough for a couple, the amenities (pool and gym) were lovely and although crowded, did not feel packed. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Downtown and the riverfront areas are all walking distance with CDA only 35 minutes away and a very easy drive if visiting the lake. We would absolutely stay at the property again during our next visit to Spokane.
Everything in the fridge froze overnight, would be nice to have instructions on what shelves are the freezer. The shower could have a full door so the bathroom floor doesn't get wet.

Lobby area was very nice and the staff was helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room accommodations were good overall. Located in a nice area within Spokane and we felt safe while in the hotel.
We were located on the same floor as the pool, so there was a lot of foot traffic around our room. It was also a bit challenging to get to our room from the lobby because it is a rather long building and the layout was a bit confusing to us.

The location was amazing for us. We enjoyed the park system and river walk. We did not get a chance to swim in the pool but it seemed to be popular with other guests and looked very inviting. We ate and had drinks in the bar, the service was outstanding.
From our balcony looking over the pool there were several stacked umbrellas stands outside what looked like a storage shed or pump house. It looked like they had been there for several seasons. It was out of character for the balance of the property's appearance.

Clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere, modern, super comfy and luxurious bed and pillows (WOW!), updated showers, HUGE body towels!!! (thank you! So amazing), L'Occitane body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion (its these little details that really speak to me), large TV, keurig coffee machine, pool looked amazing (we didn't get a chance to swim - next time!), and a fitness room (do your cardio outside if you can because the walking trails are right at your doorstep!), excellent location - walking distance to connect to downtown, yet you're away from downtown, and we felt safe in this area. Starbucks in the lobby as well as a restaurant. It really has everything you need. We stayed 3d/2n and we will stay here again - this is our place, we love it!
Honestly, the only thing I didn't like, was that we should have stayed an extra night! There was nothing my husband and I did not like about the hotel. This will now be the hotel we return to when we visit Spokane.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic. Staff was friendly, made feel at home. Really glamorous for just an over night stay, but for special events and business amenities it is perfect.
The mirror head boards are a bit creepy for me, but that is a personal preference. Also, website needs to be updated regarding some of the amenity's hours of availability. That being said, those are just notes of possible improvement on an already fantastic venue.

The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a huge walk-in shower. Starbucks in the lobby was very handy for getting coffee. Location is fantastic, right along the trail.
My fault, but I wish I had the time to check out the pool. It looked awesome but we didn't have time to use it. Also didn't help it was smoky outside due to forest fires.

Hotel was beautiful. Restaurant/bar was excellent. Server seemed to be the only server but he did a great job. Food was excellent!
The front desk ladies were not very inviting. There was some confusion about pet deposit. They did waive the pet fee based on an email I received prior to check in. Your pet fee is too high! The Hilton doesn't even charge that much. The parking fee was a little unexpected. There needs to be shelving of some sort in the shower. Beautiful shower but needed shelving. It was nice to have soap/shampoo/conditioner but most ladies have their own toiletries.

The hotel is huge! The decor is really nice and the outdoor pool is fantastic! And it's dog friendly.
The food menu was pretty limited and there was only one server for the entire patio, which sucked. The breakfast buffet was pretty pricey for basic (not delicious) food ($24/adult, $14/child). Parking is pretty far from the building and they charge $15/day. :(
