AS described by others, spacious room, nice shower, clean, nice kitchen

I was charged a $20.00 "resort fee" upon arrival. I hope it was a one time charge, since in November, this isn't a very resorty place. I do not see this fee being mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Also, as others have mentioned, the staff doesn't go out of their way to tell you what's available for public use, which would be nice since they are upcharging you for it.

great and convenient location in Williamsburg. Good size unit and clean upon arrival. even though my unit faced the parking lot side at ground level, the unit must have been well insulated cuz I didn’t hear noise from outside. liked the tv and strong Wi-Fi plus little electric fireplace made it feel cozy

the lighting in unit could be a bit brighter. and unfortunately the pool was not open on Memorial Day as planned cuz it was deemed too cold. but it would have been nice if the area to it was open so we could sit outside still (even if the pool itself was not open for swimming)

loved the amount of space in the one bedroom suites. I was able to separate my infant for bedtime because the bathroom was so large! Bedtime for infants that are used to sleeping alone is a huge dealbreaker for me. I loved that the one bedroom closed with moderate noise cancellation and there were two separate bathrooms. I feel like this resort was a lifesaver while traveling with multiple babies and will definitely be my go-to from now on. the kitchen was super clean and updated and had everything you needed, and the rest of the room was also clean and crisp. bathroom was beautiful actually.

Had a great stay and the room was very spacious. The room was very clean and very comfy. The staff was super friendly and really helped me out.

I did run into traffic trying to make it there by 9pm checkout time, made it 3 minutes before closing. The guest above us didn't follow the quiet hours until 1am.

The room was really nice and comfortable. It was just as shown in the pictures. I like that it had a nice kitchen and all the things needed to cook breakfast. The walk in shower was so nice…

The water in the foyer bathroom never got really hot so my mom took a couple of Luke warm baths. One really weird thing is that there was practically no one else staying there. Most of the time our cars and maybe one other car were the only ones parked near our building. It was really quiet but a little unnerving too.. I would not want to stay there by myself if there is almost no one else staying there…

spacious clean comfortable bed had laundry just down the hall that was included. would differently stay there again

both TV's were exceptionally small for the space maybe 32 inches or smaller but the again i am use to a 85 inch main shower was very spacious could fit 10 people in it . but just one very small shower head and not the best water pressure no bench or anything to sit on . seemed a little strange.

Everything. This was probably the best place I have ever stayed including our honeymoon (which cost 10x as much). The pool area was perfect for our family which has a 10" deep section for younger children. There is a game room with air hockey, Foosball, and video games with everything you need to play. The rooms are spacious, well lit, and very comfortable. A large walk in shower, separate from the main bathroom is great. The location is perfectly set with anything you would like to visit within a short ride or walk if you prefer. There is so much to say about the Patriot's Inn. 100% recommended.

Having to leave.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe family room/suite and it was immaculate! The full kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook/eat for six people. There was plenty of dish and dishwasher detergent, dish towels, sponge. The owners have paid attention to every little detail and it really felt like a home away from home. There was plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap etc. in both bathrooms. Everything needed for the sofa bed (sheets, blankets, pillows) was provided. Room safe, ice maker on floor, the whole place was clean and quiet. The pool was great!

I was impressed with the size of the rooms and having to bathrooms. The rooms were clean and roomy. Location is great. Close to everything. I would select this place of stay again compare to other resorts I normally stay .

I found 2 little spiders under my pillow. My room was on the 2nd floor. They probably need to spray that room. Other than that, everything was good. My sister and I felt very comfortable. I also shared this information with my husband after getting back home to NC. We plan to try this place of stay again in the near future.

Quiet-did not hear any neighbors Location- so many restaurants and shops, 3 mins from William & Mary and Merchant Square Space - overall room was nice size for the family and fireplace was a nice touch, nice sized bedrooms and two baths. Loved the kitchen and there was a dishwasher. I meal prepped food for our trip so nice size fridge.

I wasn’t aware there was a game room or movie room until checkout. Wished they had breakfast items or little market to grab foods without leaving the property. It did not give off resort vibes.
