Excellent stay. Probably one of the best hotel I have stayed.

They never mentioned a pet fee, and charged my card for it after I had already paid for the room.

First of all, THANK YOU EMBASSY SUITES for the physical security you had at your hotel at night. This was the first thing we noticed as we arrived late. The front desk staff, Alexis, greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the first impression with all the helpful information about our stay. The breakfast was spot-on!! Super delicious! 👌 my kids were huge fans!! Shout out to the ladies behind the kitchen who went out of their way to make that Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancake for my son! I won't forget you! The next time we come, we will be looking for you. You made us feel special! All the amenities we used were clean and I have no complaints. If you need a safe place to stay with a bunch of kids... my family gave it a thumbs up! We will be returning customers. Thank you for a wonderful night 🌙

This is always a comfortable, economical choice when visiting Williamsburg. Breakfast is convenient, service is always kind and attentive.

Some rooms directly overlook the pool (the windows would open into the pool area, not outside): those rooms are humid and smell of chlorine. Even the rooms above the pool can feel a bit humid, and in our experience those are the only rooms we seem to get.

The breakfast and evening reception was great. I also loved the set up the hotel. I could see the bar area and breakfast from up above.

I didn’t like seeing the cereal inside of a closet with the door wide open. Also, while I was staying the water was turned off and no one called to let us know. It came back on and I was discounted for the inconvenience which helped a lot. Thank you.

The property is clean. The room is super nice, roomy and breakfast is phenomenal.

The room is nice and clean however the fan in the bathroom is not working, the vent in the bedroom is not blowing the air really well, making the room uncomfortably warm. I hope this issue was only in our room. I also wish they have an outdoor pool.

Embassy Suites in Williamsburg is a great location with a quick drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center and within 10-15min walk of several restaurants. The staff here is fantastic: helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommend this place.

We often stay at the Embassy Suites while visiting our kids who are students at the College of William and Mary. Not walking distance to campus, but conveniently located. We like the suites which have space to hang out so we don't have to spend too much time in the dorm room :) Breakfast is great and service is always kind and attentive.

Breakfast was exceptional , but , some of the staff were rude….. it was our first time with the covid issue…. And the one cooking the made to order omelette was rude and impatient just because i took the wrong plate…. She started yelling…

Because of covid they do not make the room… i have made a request for extra towel cause there was 5 of us… we leave our used towels outside the door as instructed and we get a replacement but it was always short in number … and i have to keep on going up and down cause unfortunately our phone in the room was not working….make a long story short it was annoying

Our room was very comfortable! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. A BIG shout-out to the breakfast staff! The food was very good and we were happy to be served verses guests picking through everything. We appreciate the cleanliness of that process! My husband said the lady cooking omelettes and cooked to order eggs did a great job keeping the orders moving at a very good pace. I wanted to note that Miss Erica was so kind and very friendly!! She made our stay extra special! 🙂 Our only complaint about this hotel is the elevator. It felt a bit unsafe being quite dark and creaky. It could use a serious service check for safety! I think the Bates Motel had a better elevator. 😳 Overall, we would definitely stay here again! 🙂

The made-to-order free breakfast was outstanding! It was as good or better than any restaurant. The breakfast staff were great too! I felt it should last an additional hour, but that's me. The shower was very good. There was good pressure and the water was hot. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

We requested a 1st floor room upon booking and did not receive one. At check-in they didn't know anything about it. Of the two small, outdated elevators, one never worked and the other worked sparingly. The room décor was outdated and the wallpaper was peeling, however the room was clean.
