Location near Metro and shopping. Buffet breakfast good (not included in our room rate). Welcoming staff.

Only one bedside lamp for 2 beds. Seemed dated. No courtesy shuttle to nearby shopping for guests arriving without personal vehicle. While Tysons Corner mall is VERY close, the road(s) pedestrians must cross are highly trafficked. Crossing International Drive to walk to the Metro is risky, one right turn lane from Rte 123 has no light to warn of pedestrians.

Overall, comfortable and quiet. Lots of storage space. Silent refrigerator.

Management needs to devote more attention to training and oversight of housekeeping staff. Despite being specifically asked at check-in if we wanted daily housekeeping, there was none on Day One. Subsequent days all had issues: two people need two robes, not one; same for glasses; why change out one glass and then leave one dirty? Why change out only one towel? If a teabag was used, replace it. Not acceptable for the Hilton brand at Northern VA/DC prices. A/C was too noisy to use in "Cool" mode. One needs to cool the room down and then shut the A/C off for the night. Air continues to circulate.

The people at the front desk are very nice, welcoming and very accommodating. Service was really great! Them giving out cookies is a nice touch that mu son really enjoyed and appreciated.

The unit was a good size but the carpet needs a good steam vacuum or replacement. It was really itchy and icky. We are so used to Hilton providing slippers whenever we stay at one of their properties in Guam and Japan but this property didn’t, that would have help with the dirty carpet at least.

The room, bed, and pillows were nice and super comfy! Even though tourists were in town, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. However, the location and everything was great!

Again, there is no microwave in the rooms. For the amount of money I spent, a microwave should be in every room. I hate the fact that the hotel doesn't offer the option to share the digital key! Something to think about. My Mother and I brought our food back up to put in the refrigerator from the restaurant in the hotel. Had to ask for a new refrigerator but it also spoiled the food in the refrigerator. That was a HUGE disappointment.

Offer breakfast without the extra charge. Some bottled water in the room would be great too

How easily accessible everything was! It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Seemed like there were no security guards or anyone to patrol the hallways at night. My husband and I were woken up on a few occasions during the middle of the night because of people running around or being loud in the hallways.

staff, room , location, cost etc. were excellent.

Had to switch rooms as our first room the AC wasn't working properly. It was close to 80 degrees in the room. Paying 10 dollars for open parking lot is truly unconscionable. Not a Center city location with needed spaces or valet. It was just away in my opinion to sneak in a few extra dollar's. They also wouldn't honor our Hilton Honors discount because we booked from Bookings.com

the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, beds were comfy, premium directv, prime location, lots of parking, clean all around, shampoo and soap smelled great. the snack shack was fully stocked: Starbucks cappuccino machine, ice cream, candy, snacks, medicine and even souvenirs. cookies upon arrival were delicious as well! loved the little outdoor courtyard with plenty of couches and chairs to lounge and relax.

Convenient location near the Metro station and a less than 30-minute ride to Washington-Dulles airport. Easy walking distance to shopping malls and good restaurants. Good accommodations. Room, gym, front desk, etc all well cleaned. The credit card deposit was returned as soon as the check out was completed.

- Very close to a couple of big malls and a metro station - Spacious room with a comfortable and clean bed - Overall, the room was tidy, with no hair on bedding and no dust on major, easy-to-get surfaces - It seems some rooms have been recently renovated - Complimentary coffee supplies for a couple of cups - Staff was helpful when I needed to store my luggage after check-out and to print a boarding pass for an airline charging for such a basic service

- My room (and other rooms on that floor) was slightly below the ground level and faced hotel's parking lot - Musty smell in the room typical for places that only have forced ventilation and are sealed from the outside world. The carpet and ground floor location additionally contibuted to that - For such a price there could have been a simple dental kit - Late check-in at 4 pm for which I fortuntely did not have to wait because I arrived on that time
