Quality Inn

At this stage of our trip this was by far the best welcome we had received from any reception. we were traeated like kings and when the housekeeping staff were called in to ensure we had a suitable room it was just amazing.. What fabulous ladies, true ambassadors for Quality Inn. The breakfast was hot and cold with fruit and cereals as well as waffles plenty of fruit and a very good selection. There are also a number of food outlets close by and the Chinese restaurant is superb. Having to make a major change to our plans we were again treated so well and my wife was looked after while i went to pick up the hire care. I simply can not praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. Annazette and Wynema were so kind and so professional.

Staying another night would have been the preferred option but we had places to go to which was annoying once wed found this place. There was nothing we didn't like or appreciate.

Clean room, very quiet, mattress was fantastic had a great night's sleep. All the lights and outlets worked as well as all the appliances including the heater/ac unit. Very pleased overall compared to other hotels in the area. The host, Jay, was very nice, friendly man, great customer service.

The chair could be a bit bigger and something more comfortablely designed to sit and relax in. That's it, everything else was fine.

The breakfast was good. We would have liked bagels and butter added to the menu. Everything was clean and fresh. It would have seemed more friendly if the staff had talked with us instead of just standing there.

A stool at the lit area at the end of the room would have been helpful for those of us putting on makeup. In addition, a large standing mirror where there was a chair with plenty of light could have provided a makeup station. Conditioner would be good.

The very comfortable bed, and very good feather pillows. The white bed cover. Freshly painted room. The amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee machine with 2 coffee pods. I would have love some tea. The young man welcoming us late at night was very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.

The floors , particularly in the Bathroom were filthy, and particularly in the corners the dust was piling up.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a refrigerator and microwave and coffee-makers and hair-dryer. I liked that I could park right outside my room - could've kept a bike or canoe safely on my car overnight.

I had a positive experience at this motel and don't want to criticize. Any change might be to have the breakfast out earlier. I was going out for and early bike ride and would've appreciated some breakfast - but I left before 6:00 A.M. on my ride.

The room was very clean, Quiet I could not hear anyone else noise. The bathroom door was should swing out and not into the bathroom, b/c the toilet was very cramped. The bed was very comfortable, I will stay again when I'm back in Emporia

Nothing can be done about it but the HVAC unit was loud when blowing intermittent cool air. TV did not have a good picture.

The quickness of the staff handling my reservation even though it hadn't come through by the time I got there!

Pillows poor , very uncomfortable. Need more heat breakfast chooses ex: eggs/ beacon.

Needed to check in early and was gladly accepted by the facility. Yes, I paid extra for this service but it was at a reasonable price. They were very friendly at the facility. The pool was clean and so was the room.
