Modern, clean, tastefully arranged lobby with standard new style format travel lodge feeling. Easy to locate, decent parking spaces and n good/quick response staff. I HAD A GREAT QUIET STAY! Very happy.

Beyond the needs for more house keeping (this location is VERY BUSY with a great value pricing), overall outstanding in building appearance and upkeep of property. PLEASE DO pay attention to elevator needing more wipedown(greasy handprints) and perhaps designated cigarettes bud-pots "made available" for THOSE guests

The front desk clerk Misha was awesome! She made check in smooth and made sure we were comfortable. She brought extra sheets personally, because management was low on room keeping staff. Misha also helped us to be familiar with the area. She had great customer service! She should be in management. Everything was great because of her and the lady that did breakfast. Room was comfortable enough inspite of.

Management need some more management and customer service training. I walked in and one of the managers just looked, didn't attempt to greet or assist with check in. They need help with housekeeping. My room was ok but it wasn't cleaned all the way. My sheets had stains or marks on the bedding and hair in different places. My phone didn't work and they refuse to come check it out. Refrigerator on the floor 😒

clean, welcoming, sitting area in lobby, front desk service. Felt safe and in a good area. Lights on property made it feel safe late night and parking was easy and accessible

Room had a musty smell like wet dirty laundry as soon as you walk in. After awhile you get accustomed to the smell until you walk out and return again. In the morning we discovered a large pile of dirty towels inside the closet from previous guests. The construction on roads made it difficult to get to hotel. Hotel sits along the I45, getting anywhere outside hotel (gas,food,stores,entertainment) required one way to exit/return with the turn around points both a bit of a distance. No dinner options unless you got back into the construction and drove a bit to several fast food options.

The breakfast was very good. The location was convenient. The hotel was very quiet.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I always judge a room by the bathrooms. If the bathroom is clean the room is usually clean. The beds were comfortable but the mattress was breaking down a little on side from people sitting on it. The mattresses should be rotated on a regular basis to avoid that.

Our friend was in a handicap room on the 1st floor and we were on the 3rd floor and we were not close to an elevator which was difficult for the other handicap person. It wasn't the hotels fault, they only had one handicap room left.

Hotel offered a full breakfast, but I slept in so didn't see what was offered. Room was quiet and spacious. Everything was in good condition.

It is a pain getting to this hotel and with the construction if you miss your exit (like I did) and have to go around and around you'll pass it 5 times before you finally get on the right road to get to it. Once there I did find a back way out of the hotel and through a neighborhood that made getting around much easier.

Always a pleasure I pray I don't be disappointed and run across a bad one but so far so great I love this hotel .It lived up to the amazing reputation every stay on my travels.

Very Clean modern and Extremely COZY.Ilove the carpet pretty and clean and comfortable bed that I didn't want to get up .Defiantly my go Hotel in my travels .Front desk clerk was Super sweet 😁 felt like we were friends by the time we left .

Beds were comfortable.plenty of towels and toilet paper. Gave us extra coffee packs and cups.

This hotel has a bar, but it is not open. Even with covid, bars around town are still open. Breakfast area only open from 6-9am. Most people in hotels dont even wake up till 9am. So your paying for it but have miss breakfast if you don't get up early enough. Shower water pressure is not adequate to get soap out of your hair. Not enough luggage carts, upon leaving, the maintenance man had to go look fir one. Couldn't find "it". Only saw "1" upon arrival. Paid $140.00 a night for this "quality".

We had 2 issues that bothered me very much, the room had been shampood and was pretty damp when walking on it. There was a film on the tile that bothered us and when I spoke to someone about it I was under the impression during the cleaning it would be cleaned but apparently they don't do maid service on the weekends. To be honest if it weren't for the floors our stay would've been 100%. The beds were sorta hard but that seems to be something we've always experienced.

The hotel was nice and clean we enjoyed the living by it is a nice place to hang out and visit. Lots of tables of different sizes and styles, sofas. The rooms were nice and roomy. Breakfast options were good with sausage, eggs, toast, waffles, little muffins, cereal. I would go back
